Hyunseung groaned and ran his hand across his face and hair; his hangover and his aching pain in addition weren't helping him to bright up his morning. It was too early. And he was already grumpy like an old man. He wasn't in the mood for anything; his life, he wanted to say.

He shouldn't have drank so much last night. He shouldn't have danced so long. He shouldn't have yet he did. Like he said, he wasn't in the mood.

He glared at his phone – oh god, his poor head – and noticed that he didn't have any message from the person he wanted. Of course. Still mad. Still ignoring him. But why? For what? He didn't understand and that was making him going crazy. He thought they were different; but maybe he was wrong, after all.

His phone rang in his hands, surprising him; he almost dropped it and the annoying sound made him even more angry. He swore the whole world was against him that day.

“Yes, hyung?” he grumbled, eventually taking his manager's call.

“I'm here in twenty minutes, I hope you're ready.”

“Yeah...,” he vaguely replied while massaging his forehead.

Still had to go to work, of course. Without complaining; even if it was the only thing he wanted to do: to whine like a kid.

After the phone call's end, he barely sat on his bed, looking at his room. His eyes fell on the pictures on his nightstand. A feeling of absence filled his body; he forgot his headache for a little while and just stared at the happy and real smiles.

Why was it so hard?

“Dad... I don't know what to do anymore,” Hyunseung whispered.

But of course, a frozen smile on a simple paper, memory of a day when his dad was still here, couldn't give him an answer.
