If Baekhyun pokes Xiumin, Xiumin pokes Baekhyun back. If Xiumin hits Baekhyun, Baekhyun hits him back. Whatever one does to the other, the other would reciprocate. They've been doing it since they've known each other. Fans can attest to that.

Theirs was an easy friendship.

It all started that way, too. They met in the same way children would make friends: we like the same things, let's be friends. In their case, it was being in the same company. It was as simple as Baekhyun coming up to Minseok and asking, "Yah, how old are you? Let's be friends!"

And even when Minseok unexpectedly answered with a number that is two higher than his own age, he was quick to add "I'm two years younger than you... But... if you won't mind... hyung," exaggerating the last word just a little bit. He swears the boy couldn't have been older than him. He even thought he was younger than him by, give or take, a year.

It was easy when Minseok just shrugged and said, "Speak comfortably, I don't really mind." He gave the boy a crooked smile and waved him to get closer. A pat on the shoulder. It was as simple as that.
