Dara was sitting on her mini veranda from her unit, reading a book when Kris went out from his as well. He was startled at first to see her there. Kris observed Dara because the latter didn't seem to notice him.

  "Dara?" She looked up and smiled sweetly.   "Omo. Annyeong, Kris." It was a good Saturday morning and Dara thinks she should relax first before studying for midterms.   "Annyeong. Um, Dara... I think you should stop making the rules." Kris said to her. Dara was surprised and closed her book. Slowly, she stood up and approached Kris. He noticed Dara's sudden change in mood.   "Omo. Are you getting tired of it already? I'm so sorry. Sure, okay. I'll stop ma-"   "That's not what I meant."   "Huh?" Her head bent to the side slowly with confusion on her face.   "I mean... It's because of midterms. I want you to focus on our midterms then after that maybe you can continue it if you still like it." Dara smiled cheerfully. Kris swallowed a lump on his throat.   'Why am I getting nervous?' He thought.   "Alright. Of course. Oh! Wait for me here." She smiled and ran back to her room.   "What is she going to do?" He asked in a whisper. Dara emerged at the door holding something and giggling. She went back to him and gave him the last rule.   "It's Rule#10."   "Thank you." I think it's really beautiful. Have you read it before?" Dara smiled sheepishly. Kris nodded slowly and looked at her. Dara felt a little taken aback when his eyes met hers.   'His eyes are mesmerizing... Oh my gosh. What's wrong with me?' She thought. Then an unexpected thing happen... Kris smiled. He smiled to her. Dara's eyes widen.   "Omo~ Kris... You're... You're..." Kris then looked away.   "Yes, I think I did." He said in a low voice and when he turned to Dara, he saw that tears were filling her eyes. Kris creased his forehead and he looked worried. "What's wrong?" He tried reaching for her but the gap of their verandas were preventing him to. She went closer to him and Dara tiptoed as Kris bent forward. She cupped his face instead.   "I'm just so happy you are smiling." She chuckled and took her hand back to her sides then wiped her tears. Kris just stared at her. "I'm sorry. I can get a little weird."   "It's okay." He replied. Dara looked up to him and smiled. Kris inhaled deeply. "This wasn't the first time I smiled though ever since your project started." He was trying to and kept a poker face. Dara looked all confused and sad again.   "Wha-what?" Kris pursed his lips before answering.   "I followed Rule#9 and found myself talking with an old man. He was wise and gave me an advice. I don't know what hit me, but I smiled at him." Dara chuckled.   'I thought he had shown his smile to another girl or something... Wait. Omo~ Sandara! What are you thinking?! Tsk tsk.' She mentally slapped herself and sighed.   "That's great news. Ahjussi must have given you a very great one that you smiled."   "Thanks to you too. You're a big help."   "I'm happy to be of service, Kris." Dara chuckled and smiled again.   BA DUMP BA DUMP BA DUMP BA DUMP   'Why is my heart beating fast?' Kris asked himself and cleared his throat.   "Do you want something to eat? Breakfast? Lunch? Brunch?" He asked, changing the topic. Dara had giggled.   "Sure. Let's go have brunch." She had paired it with white Mary Jane's and went out.   She was humming a song happily and walked to the park where she and Chen had promised to meet. When she was nearing, she saw Chen sitting on a bench waiting for her patiently with a silly smile on his face. Bom noticed his outfit and checked hers too. He was wearing a white long sleeves and brown pants.   'We look like a couple! Kekeke. Silly me.' Bom grinned and bounced to Chen.   "Annyeong, Chennie!" Bom greeted happily. Chen stood up nervously and swallowed a lump on his throat then plastered a sweet smile on his face.   'You're getting prettier everyday, Bom.'   "Annyeong, Bom. You look so beautiful." Bom blushed.   "You look so handsome too, Chennie." She smiled shyly. Chen chuckled at her.   "Let's go?" Bom nodded happily.   They went to his car and Chen drove to a restaurant. They searched for an empty seat and saw one by the window.   "This is one fancy resto, Chennie." Bom smiled and scanned the place.   "Do you like it here?"   "Of course!" She nodded and smiled. Chen chuckled. A waitress then went to them. She bowed to Chen and Bom then she glanced back to the guy.   "Good noon, young master. What can I get you?" Bom raised a brow at the waitress and shifted her gaze to Chen. The latter just smiled sweetly at her.   "What do you want to order, Bom?"   "Um. I'll just get what you're having." Chen smiled and nodded then turned to the waitress.   "We're having beef steak, please. Thank you."   "Yes, young master." The waitress bowed to them and went to the counter. Bom's eyes turned into slits and stared at Chen.   "What's with the 'young master' thingy? Should she call me young miss or whatevs?" He laughed softly.   "Hmm... My parents own this place. But I eat here like any other customers." Bom's expression was turned into a shock.   "Bwoh? Jinjja?"   "Hm." Chen nodded and smiled.   "Aigoo. I feel shy."   "Why? Don't be."   "We are splitting the bill, right?"   "If you want to then, yes." Bom smiled ear to ear.   'I don't really want to bother him. We're just students anyways.'   "What are you thinking of, Bom?" She chuckled.   "Nothing. I'm just a little famished."   "After our lunch, let's grab some dessert."   "Jongmal? Arasso! I'd love that." Bom giggled.   "I'll buy you your favorite corn." Chen chuckled.   "Yey! I think that's really great. Gomawoyo, Chennie." Chen felt himself blushed and hid it by drinking water. Bom chuckled.   -   "Don't you think Bom and Chen look good together?" Dara asked Kris as she was fiddling her phone. She'd read Bom's message late and was about to reply to her.
