Hana is a 17 year old high school student. She’s in her last year of high school. Her mom recently remarries a wealthy man, Mr. Kim. He has a son – Sungkyu – he’s a year older than Hana.

While growing up, Hana spent a lot of time alone because her parents were always working and if they weren’t working, they were fighting. The only friend she really has is her neighbour Dongwoo.

But with the new school rolling around, Sungkyu and Dongwoo is off to university life, leaving Hana behind with an absent mother, an awkward step-dad and Sungkyu’s very annoying friend, Nam Woohyun.
