Believe it or not, kpop auditions accur througout the world.Most are traditional- that is , you perform in front of judges. there is also an online audition. JYP have an online audition that  have in english and korean language. YG also have but its in a email audition and same goes for BigHit Entertainment.. You can also get notice with through Youtube. Additionally there are talent shows like kpop star and superstar K that you can publicaly audition and get notice. ^^
