More Than the Land and Sky
Description
When Sirens are of age, they sing a specific song that calls to their mates. If the mate comes to them, it means they are meant to be together. If the mate does not appear within 5 hours, the Siren becomes depressed and plunges themselves into the ocean.
However, there is no telling what type of creature their mate will be.
"I love you; more than the land and sky."
"Even more than the sea?"
"Even more than all three combined."

Foreword
I really shouldn't be starting a new multi-chaptered fic, but I am! It's about mermaids, sirens, and humans. The best thing is that my roommate helped me come up with the idea, so it makes it a bit more special.
Fun Fact: I actually got the idea for the title of the fic from something Minho said. It was in one of those fan cafe posts, and when a fan asked Minho, "How much do you love Taemin? As big as the land and sky?"
Minho said, "As big as the land and sky? No. I can't think of a word. It's more than the land and sky."
Since the fic is more focused on sirens (half-human, half-bird), and mermaids (half-human, half-fish), I thought about changing it to "More Than the Sky and Sea," but then it didn't feel as special.
