After 3 days Sehun finally discharge from hospital. Mrs Song make a decision to quit from her profession  as a lecturer because she wants to take care of her sons. Financial is not the problem for the Song family because Mr Song have a construction company and make a billions of profit so he can work and his wife can quit from her job. The Song couple realise after Jongin fall sick they always give their full attention to Jongin. They never knew that Sehun feels hurt, only Nanny Min who truly know inside and outside of Sehun. Mrs Song now give full attention towards her sons, she will prepare Sehun and Jongin medicine , send them to school together and listen to their problem. Sehun still go to school and all of his teacher already been inform about his condition. His friends and classmate also know Sehun fall sick and they always take care of him because in school Sehun treat his friends like a their siblings. Everybody loves him because he is nice guy and never make people mad at him. But no knows about Sehun twin brother because he never told to anyone.

“ Hunnie…” Jongin call his little brother. “ Yes hyung. What is it?” Sehun answer. “ You..call…me…hyung?” Jongin shock with Sehun suddenly call him hyung. “ Yes I am. Why? I cannot call you like that? “ Sehun ask him. “ Yes..you…can..i’m…shock..because..you..never…call..me..hyung…before.” Jongin added. “ You want anything hyung?” Sehun ask. “ Nothing..i’m..just..want…to..ask..you..about..your..health..” Jongin said. “ You know about my health problem too?” Sehun ask. “ Yes…i..know..but..what..is..leukemia? Jongin reply. “ I cannot tell you hyung. Figure out by yourself, ask you teacher at your school they will tell you.” Sehun don’t want Jongin know about his disease but he cannot hide it. Soon Jongin will understand too.

The next day Sehun cannot go to school because his headache. Sehun will start his chemotherapy in another one week. Mrs Song pick up Jongin from his school, Jongin already ask his teacher what is leukemia. He know already the disease who make his little twin brother like that. While both of them in the car Jongin start the conversation. “ Mom…do…you..love..me?” Jongin ask Mrs Song. “ Of course I am. I love Sehun too, why you ask me like that Jongin?” Said Mrs Song. “ I….know….about….the….leukemia….that….Sehun…suffer..right
