"Jongin?"

"Hyung!" Jongins' eyes twinkled and pat Chanyeols' shoulder lightly

"You're here"

"Well, my nephew catch a cold... Noona wants me to accompany him here.” JongIn answered

Hyunjae shouldn’t see him. Not now

"Well, were coming home but then he found a new friend and I can't keep them apart." he chuckled

"Oh is that so?" Chanyeol awkwardly smiled- it was their first encounter after the happenings six years ago after all.

"How about you hyung? " Jongin ask the older, as they both sat down by the bench.  Courtesy of Chanyeol of course

"I got some appointments with one of the doctors here-just an acquaintance" Chanyeol answered and fiddled his keys at hand. He needs to lie.   

She’s not ready-he knew. ..

"Well, I’m back" Jongin chuckled lowly

"Yeah.  I heard.  The guys want to see you, you know. We didn't hear anything about you since..." Chanyeol paused and deeply heaved a sigh

Since you left my sister

"Since that day" he said almost in a soft whisper.

Nothing was said after which. It was a pure agony of tensed silence.  Jongin was trying his best to be immersed by the snacks he brought for his nephew and his newly found friend but his mind was occupied by the six long years of pain and sadness. His mind was filled with nothing but the haunted past that he is more than willing to change and make everything right.

"Let's not act like nothing happened here" Chanyeol sighed for the nth time of that hour

"If only I could kill you and break you into pieces I would do that you dumb head sh!t" he was never been this serious before

"Your biggest s of s that mankind could ever have. I don’t ing care of you were my friend.  I don’t give a damn if I idolized you before.  It is my sister we are talking about and I would rather lose a friend than my sister. And it’s not only my sister now! You clearly know that JongIn! You left a lover and a kid! " Chanyeol said in between gritted teeth and clenched his fist hard. His breathing was rugged and he ruffled his hair rather messily and harshly

"YOU LEFT HER!  ALONE AND TERRIFIED!  You ing left her alone! Your wife and your daughter!  And it wasn’t… enough you left a divorce paper.  How thick-faced of you Kim JongIn?!" Unknown to the tall man, tears were swelling up from his eyes

He was there.  He was with her day and night; he was her only companion when loneliness eloped her little apartment.  He was there when Hyunjae almost drowned from dispute. He was present when she almost gave up from the cruel life.  He was there all along and promised himself that once he saw that face of the heartbreaker man, Kim JongIn, he’ll do anything to root revenge for his sister, but seeing him now, tears and regret visible from his eyes.  He just can’t do it.  Chanyeol couldn’t do that to his best friend.

"I’m sorry hyung" Jongin's voiced cracked.  Tears were greatly uncontrolled by now.

"I’m the tiest mankind could ever have" he added still tears streaming down his eyes

"I’m not worthy to live, I should just have died and rot in hell"

"I left my world just to complete another man’s world. I was being selfish to only grant their wish than thinking for the sake of my daughter and for the needs my wife seeks the most

"I’m a coward! I wasn’t able to fight for my family and I just took my hesitations and fears before me that I forget about the one I promised my forever. . . I’m the worst person, leaving the one I love just to be used to make them achieved their happiness." JongIn continued and tears were still uncontrolled and just continue flowing freely.

"She loves you so much, you know right? " Jongin nodded because he is feeling the same thing.

"That's why I came back. I'll get my daughter back"

Chanyeols eyes bulged wide open and in reflex did he clutched Jongins' collar

"You!" but Jongin displayed nothing but his tearing eyes and whimpers of pain from the haunting past.

"I came to get her back.  I'll have my wife back.  I'm here to complete the family me and Hyunjae plan"

"I'll have them both back" He was determined but it wasn’t enough for Chanyeols’ eyes.

"You're too late Jongin"
