Kim Jongdae has just moved out of his house to live in Apartment 116 at Seoul Apartment Building Complex so that it is easier for him to go to his college. He never expects that this decision of his will change his life forever especially when he meets his other neighbours who are just idiots, in his opinion. Maybe his decision to move out of his house is not the best decision ever.

But he sure as hell does not regret it.
