Jaejoong woke up finding himself in somewhat look like a operating room. Yunho was beside him.

Jaejoong: Yunho... I'm scared...

  Yunho try to calm Jaejoong who is obviously scared.

Yunho: It's okay. I'm here, isn't it?

 Jaejoong just nodded.

Surgeon: Jaejoong sshi, are you ready?
Jaejoong: Huh? Ready for what? Yunho yah... What is he talking about. Yah! Jung Yunho! Answer me! Palli!!!!!

  Jaejoong scream on top of his voice & crying. Suddenly he heard someone calling out to him, "Jaejoong... Jaejoong... Wake up.." Jaejoong opened his eyes. He saw his husband next to him with a worried look.

Yunho: Nightmare again?

  Jaejoong nodded & hugged Yunho. Yunho pushed Jaejoong slightly apart from his chest so that he can wiped off his lover's tear.

Yunho: There.. There.. I'm here. Nothing's gonna happen. Go to sleep.
Jaejoong: Nae..

[The next morning]

Junsu: Eomma... I'm hung... hung... hungry...
Yoochun: I'm hung.. hung... hungry too...
Junsu: St... st... stop teasing me!
Changmin: Eomma.... Minnie... Milk...
Jaejoong: Arasseo... Eomma preparing now. Please wake your appa up.

  The kids ran upstair to their parents bedroom to wake their appa up.

Changmin: Appaaaaa up... up up up...
Yoochun: Apppaaaaa!!!
Junsu: A... a.. appa... wake up.

  Changmin & Junsu tries to shake Yunho's body while Yoochun shouted at his appa's ear till he almost had a heart attack.

Yunho: Arasseo arasseo.. Appa up. Are you guys my son or eomma's son?
Yoochun/Junsu/Changmin: Eomma!!

  Yunho shake & scratch his head.

Yunho: Aigoo~ Can't believe you chose Jae eomma over me.
Yoochun: Appa go shower. Palli.

  About 20 minutes later, Yunho came down to the dining table to have their breakfast together. As Jaejoong were about to put a spoonful of rice in his mouth, his throat suddenly felt nausea. He rushed to the toilet while cupping his mouth. When he came back, Yunho ask with a worried look.

Yunho: Gwaenchana?
Jaejoong: Nae.
Yunho: You sure? You did the same yesterday when we...

  Jaejoong cup Yunho's mouth before he could finish his sentence.

Jaejoong: The kids will hear.
Yunho: We'll go to the doctor after this. We'll ask our neighbour to babysit the kids for awhile.

  Jaejoong nodded.

[Months later]

Jaejoong: Your appa forgetten to wear his pants, doesn't he?

  Jaejoong talked to his kids. They all laughed at how forgetful their appa is. Jaejoong & the kids stopped laughing when they saw Yunho came back in the house with a 'Why-no-one-tell-him-bout-the-damn-pants' look before he go out of the house again.

[Afternoon that day]

  The kids were having their nap. Jaejoong were doing the housechores & was about to prepare dinner for the family when he felt a sharp pain at his lower back. He rest for a while on the sofa hoping that it will help to ease the pain. But the pain grew more & more. Jaejoong rubbed his swollen belly & doing his breathing exercise like what he was taught at the parenting class which both Yunho & him attended when he was expecting Yoochun & Junsu. A few mins later, the pain goes away. Changmin came out from his room asking for milk. Jaejoong stands up to make the milk but he feel a wet sensation rolling down his legs. He looked down in a horrow when he saw blood on the floor. He grabbed the house phone on the table next to the sofa. He quickly dialled Yunho's number.

Yunho: Yeoboseyo?
Jaejoong: Come home, quick! I think it's time! Palli.
Yunho: Mwo?! Arasseo arasseo. I'll be there soon!

  Yunho quickly drive home. As soon as he reached home, he quickly grabbed Jaejoong's bag & carried Jaejoong bridal style before going in the car. He had asked their neighbour to babysit the boys. When he reached the hospital, Jaejoong was rushed to the operating room.

Jaejoong: Yunho...

  Yunho his lover's hair & kiss his forehead.

Yunho: You'll be fine. You've gone through this before with the boys. You'll able to do this for Jiyool too.
Jaejoong: Jiyool?
Yunho: Our daughter's name.
Jaejoong: But I thought..
Yunho: That I hate it? I'm just playing with you. I love that name. It goes well with Jung.

  Jaejoong smile. About 30 minutes later, Jaejoong was pushed out from the operating room together with Jiyool beside him to his room. All their friends came for a visit to welcome the new member of the family. The 3 boys were very excited to have a little sister whom they have waited so long to meet. And as for the 3rd time parent, Yunho & Jaejoong, they couldn't ask for more happiness then they already have.

Yunho: Jaejoong-ah...
Jaejoong: Nae.

  Jaejoong reply while looking at the newborn baby girl in his arms.

Yunho: Let's have another.
