Chapter 5: So, I've been wondering... The 2-year anniversary of this story is about to come up/already came up. I am just curious and do not in any way mean to request but would you like to celebrate the creation of this fic in some way, like an advertisement or update or something? Your readers, especially me, really miss you *coughs* andyourwritingofcoursesorrynotsorry *coughs* and we'd really like to know if you have any plans on continuing this story? I am really sorry to ask this of you, especially since you may be busy or dealing with your own problems, but I really, really miss this. TT^TT
Anyway, cheers to the second "birthday" of this story? Thanks for putting in all the effort to write it. I just love the way you write and paint a picture. I especially love your inclusion of a fantasy world (really big fan on fantasy...though I haven't read much books of that genre, sadly) and would really like to know where you're planning to take this. Thanks again! <(^.^)>

Signing out,

Chapter 5: Huh. I could've sworn I already commented... Never mind. I'll do so, anyway.

Sehun's here! Yay! I still don't know what kind of creature he is, but I'm sure you'll gladly elaborate on that sometime soon. He seems to be an important character in the story. (Yeah, and wouldn't it be interesting if he was killed somewhere in the story? ψ(`∇´)ψ *sees someone blankly staring at me* (=゚ω゚) What? Just saying... ♪(´ε` ))

Sehunnie's appearance gets me all pumped up and snickering. I mean, how could he just casually ask someone for a favor like that? What if Chanyeol was a really sadistic alchemist and the appearance of Sehun and what's-his-name made him want to ‘study’ them and get ‘samples’ from them? Hm... Maybe he's way too capable for that so maybe he never felt any danger. Plus, Chanyeol looks totally harmless (I mean, those huge, dilated eyes and those big ears? Who'd ever become scared of that? Then again, it's always the innocent-looking ones...) and even if he was, say, a sadist, Sehun could take him on...well, hopefully. Still, if I were a mother (which I'm most certainly not... Hmph!), I'd say, “How shameless! Did your mother not teach you how to behave?”
But then, I'll see Sehun infuriated by my statement, saying, quite darkly, might I add, “Did you just insult my mother?” or something like, “Well, she wasn't there for me, anyway. So what?”
Then I'll feel guilty for bringing up a sensitive topic and then Sehun laughs, tears in his eyes (whether from laughter or sorrow, I have no idea). “Nah! I was just kidding ya. You should've seen your face! Hahaha! Priceless!” Then he claps his hands like a seal. (Well, that escalated quickly. ._.)

Chapter 3: I'm a nine. Most of the listed characteristics apply to me but some do not.

I'm actually pretty fine with red as a font color (it just hurts my eyes a bit) but it does seem a bit too strong. Can you maybe change the color to a darker, calmer shade? It wouldn't hurt as much but it would still be red. Anyway, this was just a suggestion and I'll be perfectly fine with you ignoring it.

I'm a bit curious what Chanyeol really keeps in his study. He makes it so interesting, whether intentionally or not, but he won't let just anyone enter. I just wish I had that thick astrology book of his so I can read it, even though I know it probably doesn't exist in reality.

Chanyeol's really dorky but smart in this story. He doesn't get to talk to many people but, at least, when he does, he's prepared. I like it. I'd probably interview and analyze people I meet next time. ;-) I can't do the physical test because I'm certain I'll lose. That is, of course, if I had a pen like his. I'm pretty sure he'd make A LOT of money if he sold his inventions but I'm not all too certain if he'll be willing to do so. I mean, his inventions are for his quest, which I still don't approve of. The quest for immortality... Is it worth it? Is it worth it to spend your entire life searching for the almost impossible (there's still the phoenixes but they do "die", in a way, every few years or so).

If Bulli's as strong as she says she is, she'll probably beat Chanyeol or be equal in strength with him. Either way, I can sense something bad will happen sooner or later. I can't tell what it is for now because your story is very creative and therefore, it's very difficult to foresee what'll happen next, especially since this is fantasy and anything can happen. The Kindred Spirit thing sent me chills. Maybe someone prophesied that she'll meet someone with the same character and element, hence the kindred spirit thing. Maybe it was someone in her past life.

Thanks! Great chapter as always. ^_^

Chapter 2: I also love this chapter! Where do you get all the names of the creatures from? I never knew about stray sods and imp goblins until I read your story.
The house looks a bit spooky but I like it. It looks like the type of house that Chanyeol's ancestors would've preferred living in.
To be honest, I don't know what's so great about immortality. Since most beings live for a limited time, you won't enjoy it, unless you're the type of person who doesn't have a lot of close relations or something. You'll be living in a time that isn't yours. Sure, you're living in that particular time but you don't belong in it; you're not even supposed to be there. Anyway, this is just my opinion on immortality.
I'm curious. How did she generate that fire on her wings? Is she one of the elements for immortality? Please don't answer me.

I love Bulli! She was only introduced in this chapter but she's already making her way into my list of unforgettable characters. She's a little bratty but she's still lovable. She's synesthetic, isn't she? She saw a scent or smell, instead of just seeing them.

Just a thought: I don't want to hurt your feelings or anything but I did find a few grammar mistakes along the way. I would suggest revising this chapter a little bit. For example, I saw a misspelling in the conversation between Jakki and Chanyeol. Here it is:

“Listen here, you twerp. You’re not going to touch a single hair or feather on this girl’s body, or else you’re sleeping outside. And winter is coming. Brace yeself.”

See, the last word is, if I'm correct, supposed to be yourself. I understand that no one is perfect and all of us are bound to make mistakes but I just wanted to point it out. You must be tired but I just wanted to mention them so that you can edit them in the future (I have no intentions whatsoever of discouraging you from writing). There were a few more mistakes, which were mainly minor, so I won't mention them anymore.

Chapter 1: This story is just...wow. No comment.

I love this chapter! Its length is just right. It didn't surprise me about being too long or being too short. Thanks a lot!
I love that this is a fantasy story. I don't see a lot of fantasy stories that are as descriptive as this one. It's short but it already reveals a lot. :-)

This comment is much shorter than my usual length, which exceeds the limit of 2,000 characters, because I don't have a lot of comments...yet. From what I can see, this will be an amazing adventure that I'd be willing to participate in. I also looked at your other story, The Experiment, and I love it! I haven't read much but, nevertheless, I love it.

Chapter 1: I love Chanyeol's power so much...
