Bitter Memories
Wrong NumberClash! The sound of breaking glass echoed through the house as Yura landed on the glass center table that had been in the middle of her living room. Hongbin had been drinking that night like he had been doing for the past 3 months but this time it was different. Ever since he had started drinking he had insulted Yura and often had made her cry but he had never hurt her...until now. Tonight, Hongbin had come to visit Yura and when yura refused to let him in he lost it. He pushed the door open and took Yura by her hair, forcing her to follow him into the living room. Yura cried and begged for him to let her go but this only made him angrier. He asked her to be quiet multiple times and when she didn´t do so, he punched her in the face. He punched her as if he was another man who he had been fighting. The impact of the blow sent her down on the glass table making it break in a million of pieces. Everything went slow motion for her. The punch...the fall... and then finally...the pain before the blackness.
And it was then that she knew that she could never be with him again. Everything that she had felt for him died that night. She promised herself she wouldn’t never let this happen again.
Yura woke up with a headache produced by her lack of sleep. The message she had received the night before had kept her up all night because she knew who it was from. 'Hongbin' she thought as she reluctantly got up. She went to the bathroom and washer her face before looking at herself in the mirror. She looked the same as she had 2 years ago but there was something that wasn´t the same. Ever since that incident, Yura had been in constant fear. When Hongbin had hit her, her injuries were so bad that she had had to go through 3 surgeries to remove the shards of broken glass from her body. He had gone to jail but he got out after 2 years for good behavior.
