I had a best friend whom I had been friends with for 26 years. Yes, my entire life.
We had only fought about once or twice in our entire lives, but nothing major had ever happened until a few months ago. Things started to get a little rocky and it got scary.
We were so close and I didn't know what I would do without her. At the same time, it seemed like our lives were going in circles. We weren’t really progressing in our own lives.
Something had to change.
