"Kim Jongin, this can be your break. I guarantee you fame, money and flourishing success! Just sign right there and let me take you under my wing," the woman placed her soft delicate hands on his strong ones. Jongin looked at the contract and back at the woman with curious eyes. A small sigh left his lips as he picked up the pen and signed in permanent ink.

"Kai, don't you think you're taking this too seriously? I only asked if you can home early tonight to celebra-"

"Listen babe, you promised you were gonna be supportive. I warned you about about me possibly having a busy schedule."

"Yes, it's been two weeks now since we actually got together, please..."

"I'm sorry I can't. Like I was saying, don't wait up for me." The line was cut off, he hung up first once again. Sigh. I blow out the candles that decorated the room. I guess we'll celebrate another time...

"Why are you even with her? You can do so much better, Kim Jongin."

Kai took another shot of soju and ignored the burning taste of the liquid in his throat, "No, I love her."

"Are you sure? Yet you're here drinking your life away while she is home probably waiting for you," he shrugged her off, "Look at me, can I ever compare to her?"

He examined his manager's body. She may be a few years older than him but she looked young and beautiful. Her eyes were filled with lust and want. Her body yelled out touch me. Kai his lips before he stumbled his way over to her. He lowered himself to her level only to engulf her lips into his.

"I threw away everything for you! My family, my title, my home for you! You had nothing to begin with!"

His words were filled with anger and regret. Guess he finally speaks the truth, after all this time he finally admits that to me. No tears! Be strong!

"I never told you to throw any of that away! I already know what I have and don't have so I don't need you to remind me! But one thing...that I did have was loyalty! I never cheated nor thought about cheating. I never gave up hope on you. I never left your side no matter how hard things were for me. But you...don't have that, do you?"

He snapped, he threw the things on the table onto the floor. I winced at the sound of glass breaking. What have we become?

"I don't deserve any of this! Having someone like you, insult me. We're done. Don't ever speak to me, again!" 

He stormed out of my cluttered trailed and my shameful empty life, not looking back once. How I wish he would have killed me that moment rather than have me watch him leave. The tears finally kicked in and dropped one by one.
