Foreword
"1, 2, 3 ANNYEONGHAESEYO WE ARE GIRLS GENERATION !"
The nine girls bowed to the public, before sitting in their arranged seats. Behind them stood a large poster of the nine girls smiling happily. In front of them stood 100 cameras and interviewers. What day is it? It's Tuesday, but for the girls, today was yet another day. Another day of a packed schedule. The girls rushed over to this interview from another interview and after this, they split going to their own respective interviews and shows.
One by one each girl put up their biggest smile. Whatever problems that were going on between them vanished, just during these moments. Everyone would smile at everyone and everyone would talk to everyone. If by mistake, one member talks and smiles at every other member except one; rumors will fly. Scandals would appear. Blah hates blah. Blah is fighting with blah. Blah is jealous of blah. Blah has been in a dispute with blah ever since debut. Blah is being bullied by blah. Blah is planning on leaving the group because of Blah. It's been years and they are "experienced".
"Ah. Why isn't today a lovely day ! Behind me sit nine beautiful goddesses ! To start this off, do you have any words to start off this interview ?" the interviewer flips through his emcee cards as he asks the girls.
"We have finished our promotions for MR. MR. and we thank you all for your support. SONES , we thank and love you the most !" Taeyeon began speaking. It was tendency of Taeyeon to start out professionally by giving thanks to everyone, especially the fans. "Unfortunately, our MR. MR. promotions were shorter than usual. We apologize sincerely. "
"No need to be sorry ! You guys are Girls Generation ! Now, I'm sure you guys are all each other's best friend ! I'm sure you guys all get along right !" the interviewer smiles.
"Of course !" The nine girls laugh happily, not knowing what they just got themselves into. Not knowing they might have just got themselves into a very sensitive topic.
"Were there any times you guys got into big fights ?"
"Uhm," one member tries to answer but finds herself stumbled. She mentally lectures herself knowing she just made a mistake. Why couldn't she answer ? It's not the first time they were asked this question .
"Excuse me ? I didn't hear, sorry." the man continues to smile.
"She meant we just have a few small fights over small things. They usually aren't that huge." Another member answers the interviewer, trying to cover up her teammates mistake.
"Are you sure about that ?" the interviewers smile slowly turns into a smirk. "I've heard from inside reps that there was a very heated conversation between two members just last week."
"No, I think who you heard it from has mistaken," Tiffany calmly replies . "This obviously something only we the members know the most."
"Okay . Let us move on . Is it true Yoona's mom has never appeared in front of her since birth ?" the interviewer asks with a straight face, looking through his emcee cards.
"I-i...Wha-" Yoona stumbles, shocked to hear such a question.
"I don't think this question is appropriate. Please move on," Taeyeon gives the man a stern look.
The man flips through his cards and watches Jessica, who is sitting left of Yoona, pat her whilst whispering something in her ears before Yoona pats her back; signaling she was fine.
"Alright . I have a few pictures here regarding your arranged seats. " He takes out a photo showing the girls their photoshoot interview from February. "In this photo, Taeyeon is on the far right while Jessica is on the far left." He pulls out another photo of the nine girls . "It happens in this one as well." Another photo after photo after photo. "And today as well...Is there some sort of problem ?"
"No, that is just how we are arranged." Taeyeon replies .
"Mutiple fan pages have also been noticing both of you guys. The little interactions between you guys. Let me read to you some questions left behind from your fans on our website. 'What happened to Taengsic' 'Does Taeyeon noona hate Sica noona ?' 'Sica unnie fought with Taeng unnie ?'"
Taeyeon gives Jessica a look before replying . "No , Sica and I are fine ."
"Girls Generation. What exactly are you guys hiding from us ? Right now your Girls Generation. Bur behind the public, what are you guys ? "
No Reply . Camera Flashes.
"Yuri of Girls Generation. Are you really Kwon Yuri ?" the interviewer begins asking members specifically.
No Reply. Camera Flashes .
"Sunny. Who is Lee Soonkyu ?"
No Reply . Camera Flashes.
"Who are you guys ?...Who are you guys behind the big screen ? Who are you guys..." The interviewer asks one last time.
"We're...nine girls....trying to catch our dream."
