Equinox
Description
The breezy night of the spring surrounded the boy once again as he kneel down on the wet grass. He looked at the distance, across the fields of green and young grass.
He took a deep breath, inhaling the fresh air as the ease surrounded him. He was alone, but still - he was peaceful. He was waiting, but he knew that the wind that blew in his direction, messing with his dark locks was not as empty as people thought it was. It didn't bring rain, but something much better.
"It's been a long time." Tao's words were muffled by the wind as he whispered. He smiled at the figure that showed out of nothing, appearing slowly out of the dust and leaves that the wind carried.
A tall figure formed completely, revealing the smile on man's lips and the most mesmerized look that Tao ever saw. It wasn't the first time they met, but human boy could never get used to the beauty of the other. Golden locks of the human-looked creature in front of him were shaken by the wind that was showing it was still around.
"I'm glad you waited." Tao heard a whisper before he stood up, matching his height to the other's.
"I'm glad you came back."
