I quickly got off his arms. I then stood up straight.  “Sungyeol-ah how did you get here so fast?” I asked. “I heard a familiar scream and thought it was you in trouble.” He said. I started to smile how he remembers what I do. I thanked him and he left to class. I walked to Woohyun and sat down next to him. He looked at me. “So what are we building? And you know it has to be romantic too.” He said. I sighed and thought, and then I had a place. “How about we do The Iffle tower in Paris? Awe how much I want to go there.“  I said while day dreaming. “How about we both draw what the Iffle tower then we pick which is the best?” he said. I nodded and started to draw. After a few minutes. I finished. I looked over at Woohyun’s paper and had my mouth wide open. It was a perfect copy. I mean like the only I could draw is anime and perspective landscapes then I looked at Woohyun and he was still adding touch-ups. I then grabbed both of his hands and said “Woohyun-ah you need to teach me how to draw like that.” I said. He looked at me with a strange look. Then I did a puppy face. “Please.” I said. Then he gave up. “Fine.” I clapped into joy. “How about after school every day?” I said. “It depends what I have to do. But okay.” He said. Then I thought more. “On our presentations, can we wear whatever we want?” I said. Woohyun shrugged his shoulders. I got up and walked to Mrs. Jihyo. “On our presentations, can we wear whatever we want?” I asked. Then Mrs. Jihyo got up and spoke. “Also on your presentation, you can wear anything as long its appropriate and couple material.” She said. I guess that was my answer. Mrs. Jihyo then patted me on my shoulder. “Thank you for reminding me.” She said. I smiled and walked to Woohyun. But when I got there a popular girl sat at my seat. “Um, excuse me but you’re in my seat.” I said. She moved out my seat and went back to her partner. I sat and saw a note at my desk. I thought Woohyun left it on my desk so I asked him. “No, but I think that girl did.” He said and pointed at the girl who sat in my seat. I looked at her and she gave me a dirty look. “So what does it say?” Woohyun said. I open the note and it said.

Yah!!! Shinhae you better watch your back. You think boys like you? No they don’t, so quit flirting with Sungyeol and Woohyun and the rest of Infinite.

I started to put my down on my desk once I finished reading it. Then Woohyun thought I was crying so he looked at the note and patted my back. “Are you okay? If they bother you, I would protect you. Okay.” He said. I blushed. Then I raised my head up. I then looked at him. “So how about when we go shopping we also buy the stuff we need for our project?” I said with a smile. “Uhh, sure why not?” He said. Then we discuss about the script for our project the whole time of the period. Then class ended. Then time went by and I went to my class that I had before lunch, gym with my homeroom. I sighed as I walked to my locker to get my gym clothes. Then I went to the restroom to change. Then I took my uniform and put it back into my locker. I grabbed my shoes but someone grabbed it away from me. I turn to see who it was and it was the 2 popular girls in my homeroom class. My left hand was on the corner of my locker and the popular girls closed my locker. I tried to grab my shoe back but they threw it down the hall. I went to get it but they tripped me and they laughed at me. I stayed on the floor feeling lazy to get up, and then they threw make-up at me. “Put on make-up. It’ll make you pretty instead of ugliness. Hahaha.” They said and walked away. I looked at them as they walked away laughing. I shrugged my shoulders and got up and held the make-up in my hands. I placed the make-up in my pocket. I grabbed my shoes and put them on and walked to gym. As I walked to gym, some guy walked passed me. He dropped something on the floor. I picked it up and rushed to him. I tapped his shoulder. He turned around but I didn’t want to look at him. “Uhh you dropped this.” I said. He gently took his item and patted my head. “Thank you, Shinhae.” He said. Once he said my name I looked at him, and it was L. “Uh hello. You’re going to gym right?” I said. He beamed a smiled at me. “Let’s go together.” He said. He grabbed my hand and dragged me with him to gym. Once we got there, the class was separated by girls on one side and boys on the other. I went to the girl’s side and L went to the boy’s side. Once I got to my side a girl tossed a ball at me. I caught it but didn’t know what to do with it. So I threw it back at her. I noticed she got angry but didn’t know who she was angry at. I looked down and noticed my shoe was untied. I bended down and retied it and once I got up, I turned around and saw a ball bouncing behind me. I picked it up and thought. Were they trying to hit me when I wasn’t tying my shoe? I looked at the girls and saw talking in a group. I was thinking that they were planning something to do to me. Too bad Hyoji wasn’t here. If she were here, we would take advantage, but too bad. I sigh and picked up the balls that had fallen. Meanwhile I was doing that, the girls made a big circle around me. Then I thought monkey in the middle. They grabbed all the balls that I picked and started throwing them at me. As it was coming toward me, I kicked them away. I did that until the last ball came. And that’s when I didn’t pay attention because I thought I was finished. I turned around and noticed it coming toward my face, then BOING. It hit my face. I flew backwards and fell on the floor. I had a head ache but then I heard laughter. I look up and noticed the girls laughing. I had a plan in my head but didn’t work well. I quickly got up and ran to the bleachers. I covered my face and started to cry. The girls followed me and started to say. “Are you going to cry, cry baby?” They said. I didn’t answer then I saw Sungyeol coming to me. He sat next to me and comforted me. He looked at the girls angrily. The girls got frightened. Then Woohyun came to my other side patting my head. “You made her cry didn’t you?” said Woohyun. “No, we didn’t, she just tripped and walked here. So I thought I could help her.” She said. Sungyeol hugged me. “Shinhae, is that the truth?” he said. I shaked my head, the girls gasped. “Look, we are sorry, Shinhae.” She said. I pulled my head out of my cave. Then I smiled at them. I was acting all along. The girls got shocked. “Where’s your tears?” one of them said. “I faked that. Because if I still were or weren’t crying. You’d still be lying about all the stuff you said. I knew that you really wouldn’t say sorry to me in your life.” I said in a smart voice. Woohyun and Sungyeol “OHH!!!” them, then Woohyun high fived my hand. “That was a good one.” He said. I smiled. The girls got so irritated that they walked away. I look at Sungyeol and Woohyun. I patted them on their heads. “Thanks for caring for me.” I said. They smiled then after a few seconds it disappeared. Sungyeol got out a napkin and wiped my nose. “Is my nose bleeding?” I said. They nodded. So I stucked the tissue in my nose. Woohyun then grabbed my hand and dragged me. “Where are we going?” I said. “To the nurse.” He said. Then my hand started to hurt. “Uhh Woohyun-ah. Could you please be gentle to my hand it hurts?” I said. He turned around and saw my hand turning red, so he quickly let go. I looked at my hand and it was bruised. Probably from earlier, I lightly touched it. “Ouch.” I said. “What’s wrong, are you okay?” He said. He is so caring. He saw my hand and made a face. Then he carried me on his back, and he started to walk. I lightly put my arms around him. “Make sure your face doesn’t touch my hand. Okay.” I said. “Okay, deaf-girl.” He said. I bumped my head on his. His head then touched my hand. “Ouch.” We both said at the same time. Then we started laughing at the same time. Then I suddenly stop laughing. “Yah, why do you laugh when I laugh?” I said. He didn’t reply. I gasped. “Are you ignoring me?” I said. He nodded. I smacked his head with my un-injured hand. Then he started to wobble. I screamed and then the wobble stopped. Then I heard Woohyun laughing. Then I noticed it was a joke, I got so mad that I jumped off him. “Yah, You could’ve got hurt.” He said as he flicked my head. I backed away and ran away from him. He chased me and I ran to a corner to take a break. Woohyun ran passed me so, I slid down the wall and sat. I sighed until I heard a page flip. I turned and saw a handsome/cute guy listening to music and reading a book. He looked at me with a strange look, I gulped and said, “I’m just hiding, if I’m bothering you, I guess I’ll go somewhere else.” I said and walked away. He grabbed my hand. “You can stay here, Shinhae.” He said. I smiled in confusion as I sat back down. How does he know my name? I don’t even know him. I looked at him and was about to speak but he spoke. “You probably don’t remember me, right?” He said. I nodded, and he patted my head. Why does everybody pat my head? I kept looking at his face for similarities but I couldn’t. “Well who are you? And how do you know me?” I said. He smiled at me and said, “Well Shinhae, it’s me …..” He got cutted off by the bell. I stood up and stretched. “I guess we can talk in lunch.” I said to him. I showed my hand to him, to let him know that I wanted to help him get up. He saw my hand but didn’t hold it. “What happened to your hand?” He said. I then quickly put my hand away. I totally forgot about it. I walked away whistling. He grabbed my hand. I turned at him and said, “Ouch...that hurts.” I said. “What happened to you?” He said. I looked around and saw the clock. “Look, it’s time to go lunch. Let’s go.” I said and grabbed his hand with my un-injured hand, and dragged him to lunch with me. As we walk I hid my hand, he kept asking questions. Someone like that reminds me of someone, but I wonder who? As I walk someone pounced on me. It was Woohyun and Sungyeol. Sungyeol hugged me then held my face. “Are you okay? Who is he?” he said. I looked over at him and he and Woohyun were talking about me so I shrugged and whispered to Sungyeol. “I have no clue. I just met him but I never knew his name, but he knows mine. I’m scared.” I said. Sungyeol gasped and hugged me tighter. I tried to back off but I couldn’t, my hand was bruised and it hurt. I closed my eyes and shed little tears of pain. Sungyeol then released and looked at me. “What wrong, Shinhae?” He said. I quickly in my tears and beamed a smile at him. “Nothing really…..Uh Sungyeol-ah, I um have to use the restroom. Go to lunch, I’ll be there later.” I said. I looked at his face and it seemed he wasn’t convinced. “I’ll go with you.” He said. I bit my lip and gulped. “Uhh Sungyeol-ah you’re not a girl.” I said. He shrugged his shoulders. “I’ll just wait till you’re done.” He said. I sighed and nodded at him. We started to walk but Woohyun caught up with us. “Yah, Shinhae. Why’d you run away from me?” He said. I gulped and looked down. “Because it would hurt more if you touch it.” I said. “What’s wrong Shinhae?” Sungyeol said. I heard Woohyun sigh. So, I also sighed, and then I felt a movement in my hand. I looked at my hand and it was raised by Woohyun. I looked at him and pulled my hand away. “Yah, What do you think you’re doing?” I shouted. Sungyeol then grabbed my hand lightly. “Yah, Shinhae. What happened to your hand? Tell me who did this? Then I would let them pay for what they have done to you.” He said seriously. I sighed and looked at Woohyun and Sungyeol. They seemed worried about me. So I ran ahead of them and when I looked back. They were chasing after me. I smiled as they come after me. “Yah, Shinhae!! Where are you going?” Woohyun shouted. I closed my eyes as I ran. When I opened my eyes, ahead of me was a sign saying, “Warning, Slippery”. I got shocked and tried to stop but it was too late. I slipped and I flew in the air. Then I landed and blanked out. Then my eyes opened, I was in a white place and it was deserted. I stood up and looked around. “Sungyeol-ah, Woohyun-ah are you there?” I shouted, but I heard no answer. I walked more and saw two people. They seemed like a couple and familiar. They were crying but I didn’t know why? I wanted to help them so I went to them. “Can I help you?” I said. They turned to me with their tears. Then they smiled and hugged me. The women sighed and said “Shinhae, we were worried about and we missed you so much.” She said. I got so confused, who are they? And how do they know me? “We looked all over for you, dear.” said the man. Why were they looking for me? “Um excuse me but who are you?” I said. They got shocked and the women started to cry then the man comforted her. “We are your parents, Shinhae.” He said. I got shocked and started to back away from them. “I don’t have any parents. My parents disappeared when I was 2 months old. And now I live with my grandmother.” I shouted. They came towards me and comforted me as I cry. “What is it like to have parents?” I said while sobbing little tears. I looked at them and they smiled. “We’ll show you.” They said. Then the place changed, we now were at the beach. I looked at the women and she had a basket. “Let’s have a picnic.” She said with a beaming smile. I smiled at her then the man. We set the blanket on the beach surface and sat. The couple placed out the food on the blanket. I drooled as I watched. “Looks delicious.” I said. They laughed and I smiled at them. I looked at the horizon and it was beautiful. I enjoyed having people like them to be my parents, but I never knew how my real parents acted or how they looked. I turned back at the couple but had a spoon in my face. “Ahhh..” the women said. I smiled and opened my mouth. She fed me and then we ate cake and a food war. I lightly put frosting on the man and escaped. I ran to the water and looked back seeing the couple running towards me. I smiled at them, “Come and get me!” I said to them. They looked at each other and sprinted to me. I got shocked and tripped on a rock and splashed in the water.

I slowly opened my eyes and squinted as I saw a bright light. I noticed that I awaken from my dream. I looked around and I was in the hospital. I looked at my body and saw a cast around my arm. I lightly touched it and I screamed. Then Sungyeol and Woohyun ran inside my room. They went to the side of me. “Are you okay?” Sungyeol and Woohyun suddenly said at the same time. I sighed and shaked my head for my answer. I then covered myself with my blanket. I thought about how life would have been with my parents still alive. I cried but I didn’t notice that cried loud. Then my blanket was lifted by Sungyeol. “Yah! Why are you crying? Tell me?” He said in a worried way. I tried to in my tears so he won’t worry about me. “Nothing’s wrong, oppa.” I said with a fake smile. I quickly tried to put the blanket back on me but, Woohyun prevented it. I looked at him. “You’re lying aren’t you?” He said suspiciously. I gulped and smiled at him. “No.” I said. Then Sungyeol suddenly grabbed my face. So our faces were close. I gulped as I knew I was in trouble. “You know I care for you and you also know that I’ll protect you, right?” He said. I look down and nodded. I look back and Sungyeol pulled me close to him and kissed me. My eyes were wide open. Why?!
