I walked down the street.

I was holding a lily in my hand.

But, I... couldn't remember why I had that.

The moon was weirdly green that night.

The cool breeze made me feel rejuvenated.

 I could see a silhouette approaching me from afar. 

But not her face. Her long hair was swaying to the breeze.

I had an urge to go and see who she was,

but when she saw me, she turned and ran.

I reached out my hand,

"Wai...."

It was too late.

She was already gone.

I woke up, finding myself falling from the couch.

I was in the living room.

The last thing I remembered was me entering the house.

And that ... weird dream.

Just then, I realised I was holding something.

I opened my tightly clenched fist and

it was an emrald ring.

The same colour as the moon in my...

dream.
