You can’t sleep.  You haven’t been able to get a good night’s sleep in……well, you couldn’t remember.  Sitting up in bed, you look over at the dark lump lying next to you.  He’s turned away from you, like he is every night.  Every night is the same, just as every day is the same.  Nothing new or exciting, just haunted memories of what you’ve lost; what you threw away.
