"How is it? Does it fit your liking?" Victoria asked as she waited for Nichkhun to take bite. Victoria and Nichkhun got their plates and filled it up with food, Victoria pointed out dishes that Nichkhun should try, eventually he got some.

"It's really delicious. And you say you cook this cook this? I thought it came from a five star restaurant." Nichkhun complimented. Victoria smiled 

"Really? That's good to know that you like it. I was worried the guest won't like it, but coming from you, it's a relief." Victoria said with a bit of a smile

"You should eat as well. Try it for yourself. You'll be proud of your cooking." Nichkhun said with a slight laugh, Victoria laughed a bit and ate. Nichkhun and Victoria started to talk about each other, getting to know each other slowly. 

"Qian, Nichkhun, are you having fun? I hope this party isn't too boring for you both. I see you guys are getting along well." Victoria's grandmother said as she gently tapped on Nichkhun's shoulder.

"Ne, halmoni. Victoria is great company. Don't worry about us, we're doing fine. It's your party, have fun with you friends." Nichkhun replied with a smile, Victoria smiled as well.

"That's great. If you want more food, just get up and get more. We have tons of food. Don't hesitate. Okay?" Victoria's grandmother said. 

"Ah, I'm still full. Maybe later." Nichkhun replied.

"Ne, were still full. Don't worry about us. We're perfectly fine." Victoria said, as she grabbed her grandma's hand and held it. Her grandma smiled. The three of them were having a little chat, before Victoria's grandmother excused herself.

"You're really close with your grandma, aren't you? Your bond seems really strong." Nichkhun asked 

"Ne. I often her to her as my biological parents. My grandma took care ever since I was small. My parents were always busy with work, on business trips, so I was mostly with my Grandparents." Victoria replied 

"So you were never really close with your mom or dad? Have you ever hated them for not being there with you most of the time? Did you ever saw as strangers?" Nichkhun asked 

"I never hated or despised them. Ever since I was young, I always told my myself that they're working so hard because they want me to have a better future. There's times where were all together, and sometimes I feel a bit strange and awkward." Victoria answered 

"What about you? Where's your parents?" Victoria asked. Nichkhun sighed. 

"Frankly, I have never really known my parents. My grandmother told me that they died at a very age. So ever since then, I was living with my grandparents. My grandparents showed me the love that I was searching in a parent. I'm thankful for having them in my life." Nichkhun said 

"Sorry to hear that your parents died." Victoria said, but  Nichkhun smiled

"It's alright. I miss them but there's always my grandma there." Nichkhun said as he heaved a  sigh. Victoria nodded 

"This might be a personal question, but have you ever had a girlfriend?" Victoria asked, Nichkhun smiled 

"I had a couple. But it just didn't work. I had a girlfriend for 2 years, but it just didn't work out between the two of us. She had bigger dreams that she wants to purse, I had a company to run. So there wasn't a lot of time to meet. So we both decided to call it off. I think it's was for the better." Nichkhun answered

"What about you? Have you ever had a boyfriend?" Nichkhun curiously asked

"I had a few. But just like you it didn't work out. The last time I had a boyfriend was three years ago. I called it quits well because, the company that I was creating was, it was a huge priority for me and having a boyfriend, gets in the way. He said it was fine. I eventually moved on, so did he. We're still friends. Ever since then, my grandmother always showed me to guys, but I'd shut them down. Some of them are  becamvery good friends of mine." Victoria explained 

"Are you willing to have a boyfriend again?" Nichkhun asked, Victoria thought about it, is she ready to have a boyfriend again after 3 years?

"Honestly, I'm not even sure. I'm still contemplating if I want want right now. But 
maybe in the near future. How about you?" Victoria asked

"I think I'm not that ready to have one yet. But who knows? She might come anytime soon." Nichkhun said with a smile
