It was an hour before twelve that Lee Chaerin set her alarm up; and even if it has been the thirteenth in Korea six hours ago, Lee Chaerin still set up her alarm in the timezone of where she currently is. Paris.

The woman's phone blasted their quiet room like a scandal that even her fiance jumped up on the bed, looked around, alarmed before realizing that the sound was coming from a phone on the nightstand near Chaerin. Chaerin reflected the shock on Yonghwa's eyes and took her a moment before she could turn off the annoying and nervewrecking noise that could probably wake up the whole of Europe.

"Uhm"

Once the sound was killed, the two of them let out a lungful of breath and sunk down on their bed, both sitting and slouching but never saying a word. It was Chaerin who broke the silence.

"Mianhe..." she whispered, her forehead creasing as she gave him an apologetic smile. "I- I wanted to wake you up and greet you a happy anniversary but I didn't expect it to be this much of a... mess"

Yonghwa who managed to recover from the confusion faster now wears a soft smile. He chuckled softly before ruffling Chaerin's hair. "Aish pabo." Crawling beside Chaerin, he pulled the blanket over her lap and tucked her in a tight hug "You didn't have to go through all that trouble" he whispered against her hair. Chaerin, whose face is hidden against his chest let out a soft sigh. "But I wanted to... It was supposed to be a silent, descreet and light surprise" Another chuckle came from Yonghwa, causing his chest to vibrate the way that Chaerin loves. "Aish. Such an idiot and yet so adorable." he whispered "Just the woman that I wanted to marry." Chaerin light hits his chest which made him chuckle even more.
