Kim Minseok was just an average barista at a quiet coffee shop in the Hongdae district. He had taken the job to get just some extra spending when he gets to college. One day a girl wonders in on a rain day, sits down in the corner chair by the window and just watches the traffic. She doesn't order anything, just sits. After an hour she gets a call and leaves the shop without another word. He knew something was wrong, and hoped that the girl would appear again.

Two days later she appears again with tears in her eyes and she sits in the corner seat again, looking out the window and drying her eyes with her jacket sleeves. Minseok decided that if she appeared again he'd use his break time to go and talk to her, possibly see if he could help her with whatever she was going through. Again, and hour passed, she got a phone call, and left without another word...
