BLUE BOOTIES

I looked out of my window, snowflakes danced infront of my window.

He loved the snow he once said to me.

It reminded him of his old home.

I smiled from that thought.

He was liked a child lost when he said that.

But that was years ago...

Now he can go there any day he wants.

Any time he wants.

He’s a pop icon that’s why.

I looked at the clock on the mantel...

It says 11:50 pm.

I still have ten more minutes to finish this.

I look at the thing that I was doing.

He will love it I’m sure.

I remember the first time I spend this same moment with him.

I gave him a hand made handkerchief with his initials, KYU.

I was too shy because he’s worth much more than a hand made handkerchief.

But he took it and gave me a kiss as a thank you.

It has been a yearly tradition for me since that day...

Gifts that I made just for him.

And this time...

On this very special day... I made another one just for him.

The clock on the mantel struck midnight.

It's the 24th of February...

My gift for my beloved, it's finished.

I stood up and went to the place where I know he will be.

I opened his study and saw him sat by the fire place.

SS501's last event for tonight was finished and he went home after the fanmeeting.

I tiptoed so he will not hear me.

Placed my arms around his neck and kiss his cheeks and lingered there.

He took hold of my hands and I felt him smile.

"It's the 24th of February, it's your birthday." I said.

"Hhmm."

That’s his usual answer every time I greet him on his birthday.

I stood there in my spot still my arms still around him.

I can feel the warmth emanated from his back.

His slow breathing...

I can feel his hard muscled back...

Time for me to give his birthday present.

I dangled in front of him the item that I’ve worked on for three nights.

He saw it and I felt him frown.

"What is it?" He asked.

I sat on his lap.

His arms wrapped around me.

"It’s your birthday present Kyu." I said.

He frowned again… he’s confused.

"These are blue booties, Love." I said to him.

The frown disappeared…

"Cel?"

He called my name and search my eyes for answers.

"Happy birthday Kyu love."

I leaned forward to kiss him.

But just before my lips touch his I whispered…

"Kyu my love, you’re going to be a daddy."

Then I closed the gap and kissed him.
