It was after work, Jaejoong & Yuri were sitting down, talking to one another, just listening to one another's past stories. Yuri just told Jaejoong about her past with Yunho

"So what? Do you not believe in love anymore?" Jaejoong asked

"My whole family including me are like cursed, to never finding love." Yuri explained

"Its not a curse, its just that you haven't found the perfect one." Jaejoong said

"Boa unnie..." Yuri said

"She definetly chose the wrong guy. Who in the right mind would choose Woo-Bin?" Jaejoong said, causing Yuri to laugh

"What about me?" Yuri asked

"Well, you didn't technically tell your feelings to Yunho. And also no guy ever confessed to you?" Jaejoong asked

"Who would?" Yuri shrugged as she sipped her coffee

"I would?" Jaejoong bluntly said

"Eh? Yeah right...." Yuri choked on her coffee and laugh

"No, I'm being serious." Jaejoong said

"You can't. You're my boss." Yuri said

"It's after work hours, I'm not your boss, you're not my assistant." Jaejoong said

"We're just 2 strangers who sat with one other, drinking coffee. Nothing weird" Jaejoong continued

"Let me introduce myself, I'm Kim Jaejoong, would you like to go out with me tomorrow?" Jaejoong asked

"I'm Kwon Yuri. Thanks but no thanks." Yuri played along 

"Yah." Jaejoong said as Yuri

"I know of a place that have a lot of good food there? hmm.. " Jaejoong convincing Yuri

"Fine, I'm there for the food." Yuri said

"Its a date!" Jaejoong said 

"No, no its not." Yuri said

"Whatever, let's get you home, so you can prepare for tomorrow." Jaejoong said as he winked at Yuri

"Aigoo..." Yuri said as she stood up and walked out with Jaejoong 

Jaejoong drove Yuri home. Yuri got out of the car and looked into the window.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow. See You. Dress prettily." Jaejoong said as he drove off without letting Yuri say anything. 

"Aish." Yuri look at Jaejoong drive off as she smiled to herself

She went home and called Yoona to tell her whatever that happened

On the Phone

"You excited?" Yoona asked

"I don't know. Don't you think its weird to go out with your boss?" Yuri asked as she was having second doubts about it

"Yah, if a cute and good-looking guy with a nice personality ask you out, just go for it." Yoona said

"But..." Yuri said

"You're just nervous, you've never been on a date before." Yoona said

"Excuse me, for your information, I've been on many dates." Yuri said

"Really, name me one." Yoona asked

"Well... There's that guy... And..... Ummm... You know" Yuri stuttered

"Go get an early sleep, and wear that mask I gave you that day, you got to look good for your date." Yoona got excited

"It's not a date. Its just a get-to-know-one-another session." Yuri said

"Yeah sure..." Yoona joked

"Whatever, I'm hanging up, talk to you soon." Yuri said as she hung up

Yuri went to sleep, not overthinking what was gonna happen. The next morning, still half-asleep, she heard noises in her room. She woke up realizing, Yoona and her mum was in her room talking.

"Execuse, if you're gonna chit-chat, please kindly leave my room." Yuri mumbled

"Yah. Wake up!" Yoona jumped onto Yuri

"What are you doing here? Aish..." Yuri said as she hid under her blanket

"Faster, we need to get you ready." Yoona dragged Yuri out of bed

"Mum... Why did you bring her up to my room? Aish.." Yuri whined

"I heard you have a date with a gentleman today." her mum excitedly said

"Its not a date... wait? How did you know?" Yuri got up to look at her mum

"Yoona told me about it." her mum pointed to Yoona, who was smiling all the way

"Aish... Im Yoona, I'm going to kill you." Yuri said as she hid under her blanket again

"I'll go prepare breakfast for you guys, Yoona, go get her ready." her mum said as she walked out of Yuri's room

"Yes!!!" Yoona excitedly reply

"Oi. Kwon Yuri, hurry." Yoona dragged Yuri out of her bed to shower

"Omg. You and my mum are in this together to ruin my life." Yuri complained

"It's love my friend." Yoona said as she backhugged Yuri and pushed her to the shower.

After Yuri was done showering, she dragged her feet back to her room, to seeing Yoona holding a blow dryer.

"C'mon let's get you ready and all prep out" Yoona said

Yuri was just too lazy to whine and complained, so she just did what Yoona told her. Yoona did Yuri's hair and makeup

"So, what now?" Yuri said

"Clothing... duh? What are you planning to wear?" Yoona asked

"I don't know, t-shirt and jeans, with sneakers." Yuri said

"No, no, no, no no." Yoona said

"I don't want to try too hard, its supposed to be casual." Yuri said

"I got it." Yoona walked out of Yuri's closet and put up and outfit.

"Alright?" Yuri said

"Go try it on." Yoona said

They took so long to get ready, by the time they were done, Yuri got a text from Jaejoong saying that he has already arrived. Yuri quickly got her stuff and walked out. Her mum and Yoona were so excited, but not Yuri. She was just feeling normal, like another day of work. When she walked out, she saw Jaejoong standing out and leaning against his car.

"Wow nice." Yuri complimented

"My outfit, I know?" Jaejoong said confidently

"No, I mean the car." Yuri teased

"Aish." Jaejoong said

"I'm kidding, you look nice, no different from work, but nice." Yuri said

"Was that supposed to be a compliment? I'll just take it as it is." Jaejoong said as he opened the door for Yuri. 

"Thank You." Yuri said as she sat down in the car

"By the way, I have to say you look good, although you look like you're going to work." Jaejoong said

"Thank you,I guess?" Yuri said

"Let's go. I know of a very good place." Jaejoong said as he drove off

Yuri, not knowing where Jaejoong was bringing her. Jaejoong stopped at a carpark where there was like a carnival.

"So your idea of a date is to bring me to a carnival?" Yuri asked

"So now its a date huh?" Jaejoong smirked.

They walked out to the carnival, Yuri noticed that a lot of people were greeting him, and there were a lot of kids running up to him and hugging

"What is this?" Yuri said as she smiled to Jaejoong carrying a kid

"Ya, follow me." Jaejoong said as he grabbed Yuri's hand and brought her to a booth where they were a long queue of kids lining up

Jaejoong placed a hat onto Yuri, and gave Yuri a flag

"So what's going on?" Yuri asked

"We're bringing this kids on an adventure." Jaejoong said excitedly to Yuri and the kids

They were walking, Jaejoong was showing and walking with Yuri and the kids. They stopped to watch the kids play the rides. 

"So you do this every weekend? Bring kids and play with them here?" Yuri asked

"Every month, I have this carnival, and bring unprivileged kids and their families to have fun, get free food and enjoy themselves." Jaejoong said

"Wow, I'm seeing you in a different light, Kim Jaejoong." Yuri said

"Why? Am I more attractive to you now?" Jaejoong asked

Suddenly a small boy went uo to Yuri and tugged her shirt. Yuri carried him

"Jaejoong hyung, is she your girlfriend?" the small boy asked

"Why? Is she pretty?" Jaejoong asked.

"Yes. I like her alot." he said as he hugged Yuri.

"I'm planning to make her my girlfriend." Jaejoong said. 

"Promise?" the small boy pointed his pinky towards Jaejoong

"Promise." Jaejoong, pointed his pinky and promise him

Yuri can't help but smile at those two. 

"Let's go, children, its time for lunch." Jaejoong said as he called out all the children

They walked to a booth where they were serving food to the families. Jaejoong passed Yuri the apron

"Hi, so happy that you are here to help." A lady there said

"Happy to be here." Yuri said as she smiled

"It's so rare for Jaejoong to bring a friend over to help." the lady said

"We all thought he had no friends." another guy said

"You must be one special girl." the lady said

"Eh..." Jaejoong replied

After helping out, Jaejoong carried a plate of food for him and Yuri, and walked towards the table where Yuri was sitting. 

"Sorry for making you work" Jaejoong apologized

"I had fun today. Also, you kept your word, the food here is amazing. Anyway, thank you for today." Yuri said

"I promise the next date, it'll be just us two." Jaejoong said

"Yah, who agreed to have a second date with you?" Yuri teased

"I did." the small boy from before came up to them.

"Kim Jaejoong, using a small boy as bait eh?" Yuri said

They continue talking and eating and interacting with the kids and families. They stayed on to clean up. Once they were done, Jaejoong send Yuri back home.
