Kim Hye Su had everything she ever wished for in the world, she was from a rich background with a doting father and loving brothers. She always had luck on her side. However there was one thing where luck failed on her, LOVE. Hye su was unlucky when it came to love, whether it be she chose the wrong person or it just wasn't meant to be. What no one knew was she had a hopeless onesided crush on someone who was very close to her family. Oh Sehun.

Oh Sehun is the epitome of perfection. He came from a well off background, was popular, handsome and the ideal son/ son-in-law. Sehun was very close with the Kim family being friends with all 4 but best friends with the youngest master Kim. Sehun had known Hye Su all his life and was a close childhood friend of hers.

The person that Sehun was dating was Kim Cho Hee, the Kim sibling's stepsister. After the death of the Lady of the house, the Kim sibling's father married Cho Hee's mother (whose husband had died) and regarded Cho Hee as one of his daughters along with Hye Su. Hye Su who was not used to the attention being on anyone else but herself took an instant disliking to Cho Hee. In fact through out high school, they nicknamed Cho Hee Cinderella while Hye Su was deemed the evil stepsister. When Oh Sehun first met Cho Hee he instantly felt the need to protect her due to her meek personality slowing siding with her over Hye Su. Over the years as they grew Sehun and Cho Hee began to date and all the feelings that he held for Hye Su disappeared as Hye Su constantly threw unkind remarks at Cho Hee now and again.

However Hye Su's luck finally struck a diamond mine when it came to love as she found herself becoming the wife to her one sided crush Sehun. But will it last with Cho Hee still in the picture and Sehun's attitude indifferent to her? What about an appearance of a knight in shining armour that threatens Sehun's place in Hye Su's heart?
