When the dragon’s away, the phoenix gets lonely.

The dragon is away and the phoenix is lonely. So he does what lonely person do. Crazy things ensue.

Chanyeol doesn’t like being lonely at night. He knows Kris is just a phone call away, but he doesn’t want to disturb him on his work (okay he called him once, but it just reached his voicemail. This added Chanyeol’s depression). He doesn’t want to be that annoying boyfriend who leaves a hundred missed calls (*cough Lee Joon *cough).  “Your daddy is a big fat meanie right, Ace?” he Ace’s fluffy surface. “You guys better be not like him, understand? Don’t make Yeol appa lonely.” He pouts to two plushies, Ace and Eurongie. “Ah, I miss your daddy so bad it hurts. Now give Yeol appa a big hug!”

Even after hugging his sons, Chanyeol is still lonely. So he decided to check on his twitter and instagram. “Huh, what is this ice bucket challenge’s trend?” so he googling it. Being a trendy person he is (*cough self-proclaimed *cough), so he want to try it out. “I don’t want to waste the ice. So I better doing it on bathtub. The melting ice won’t go to waste! OMG, I must be a genius!” he said, surprised by his own brain. He posted the video on his instagram, also challenge Kris to do it. “He must be frowned when he saw this!”

But his loneliness is still there, clinging persistently like a baby koala. So he decided to go on a marathon. An anime marathon, Fairy Tail to be precise. Where he could ogling to Natsu and Gray’s handsomeness. So comments like “Natsu is so hot, I’m burning!” “Gray-sama is so cool. Go Juvia go!” “My poor kokoro can’t take it anymore.” goes on along the marathon. But a marathon without Kris is not as fun as marathon with Kris.

“I can’t do this. I can’t live without youuu!!!” He poking Kris’ picture at his phone violently. He went to Tumblr to find a hipster quote and tweet it. Not forgetting to mention Kris of course. He rummaging through his song list and sings along loudly. “BABY I’M SO LONELY LONELY LONELY!” “COME BACK HOME, CAN YOU COME BACK HOME?” After he got complain from neighbors about noise pollution, he decided to do the last thing he could think about. Annoy his bestfriend with a midnight call.

“What do you want Park? Can’t you just be a normal person and sleep? Some people need his 10 hours beauty sleep.” Baekhyun snapped with malicious intent. This better be important or Chanyeol won’t be able to see sunrise tomorrow.  “But I can’t sleep without Kris!” Chanyeol pouted sadly. “You called me just because you can’t sleep?” Baekhyun screeched. “Annoy Minseok or Kyungsoo instead!” “Nah, I’m afraid they’re busy with their boyfriend at this time. I don’t want to get unwanted mental image.” Chanyeol shuddered. “Luhan and Jongin will hunt me down.” “Aaah.” Baekhyun nodded after come in to understanding. “Go back to sleep Baek.” Jongdae slurred from his slumber. “You’ve heard him Chan. Bye!” Baekhun said and cut the call off.

Suddenly a voice of front door creaks opened scaring Chanyeol less. But he’s calmed down after saw a familiar silhouette. “Baby, why are you still awake?” Chanyeol immediately launch himself to Kris’ embrace. “I can’t sleep without you!” He whined. “That explain why you’re still active at this hour. I’ve got so many notifications from you.” Kris chuckled. “Aren’t you cold from the ice bucket challenge?” Kris suddenly remembers. “Would you warm me up?” “Always willing for you babe.” Kris lands a small peck to Chanyeol’s forehead.

It’s one of the best cuddle Chanyeol ever had.
