Alone in the Dark
Description
It's Halloween night and Jung Yonghwa has nothing to do. He's seen just about every scary movie out there and he's too old to go trick-or-treating. To top that off, he hasn't been invited to any Halloween parties this year. In other words, this is probably the worst Halloween he's ever had in his life. It all changes for him when he recalls a game that his old friend Sunggyu had told him about when they were kids. The game? Solitary hide and seek.
Foreword
Wow, don't I seem to be spewing one-shots out of my every other week? Haha. Anyway, I got inspired to make this when a friend of mine showed me a movie on solitary hide and seek. I am really intrigued by the supernatural and the occult and managed to come up with this one-shot idea shortly after watching the movie. I can't remember the last time I wrote something horror-related, but I hope that this forthcoming oneshot will bring you joy, terror or both! The Japanese make really elaborate and beautiful horror movies, so if you want to know which movie I based this one-shot off of, watch Hitori Kakurenbo. I don't know when I'll be posting the actual one-shot itself; unlike the others, I'll attempt to put a little bit more time and effort into making it.
