Their 1 month vacation has ended. Through out the remaining days of their vacation since the day they went to the secluded beach, the rest of the members mostly the maknae line takes Daehyun to different places he likes. Sometimes Himchan takes him shopping and Yongguk takes him to museums that sometimes makes him cringed at the artifacts; not that he will say anything that will hurt the resident appa.

They made sure his days are filled not allowing himself to wallow in depression, to which he is thankful for. Though he is dreading the day Youngjae comes back. He doesn't know what to do or what to expect when that day comes.  So when that day finally came, he just stood frozen on their dorm hallway.

"I'm back!", Youngjae called out as he enters the dorm.

"Oh your back! Just leave your things on the living room. Bbang has an announcement to make", Himchan welcomed the others.

Daehyun watched as the other shuffles his way towards the living room. He looks happy and contended, as if he just didn't break up with him. He felt his blood boil as to how can Youngjae looks as if everything is alright when it isn't. He clenches his fist and was about to storm to the other when Himchan's voice broke his thoughts.

"Dae could you please call the maknaes as I wake up Bbang?", Himchan called out to which Youngjae has visibly flinch on the sofa.

"Yes omma"

"Thank you! I have your favorite food in the kitchen. You can eat with the maknaes once they wake up"

"Thanks omma!", Daehyun replied in his cheerfully, even if it was noticeably fake, and went to wake up the maknaes.

Once Daehyun is gone, Himchan faced Youngjae with a serious face.

"Hyung I can explain", Youngjae started but Himchan stopped him.

"I already know the truth Jae and I'm not saying anything about that but just to be clear...don't hurt Daehyun more than you already have. He doesn't deserve to be hurt just for a selfish reason. You made a decision, we respected that but that doesn't mean we will just sit behind and let you trample us, especially Daehyun.", with that Himchan left, leaving a guilty looking Youngjae.

==maknaes room==

Instead of waking up the maknaes, Daehyun collapsed near Junhong's bed crying. All the hurt and insecurities has came back to him full force upon seeing Youngjae. His sobs woke up Jongup, who immediately cradled his hyung and Junhong shot up asking questions.

"Junghong calm down. Your making things harder for hyung to speak", Jongup said shushing the maknae.

"Hyung please tell us what's wrong?", Junhong asked once Daehyun finally calmed down.

"He's back", was all he can say. He feels guilty for being weak in front of them. He doesn't notice the worried looks the maknaes are giving each other.

"We are here hyung", they said and engulf him with another hug.

"I'm hungry and I think both of you also, so Junhong-ah can you get our food and lets eat here. I'm sure omma won't mind", Jongup said and Junhong went out, not before giving Daehyun another hug, to get their breakfast.

"Come hyung, you can lie down on my bed as we wait", at times like this Daehyun thinks Jongup is stronger and more mature than what they take him for. He allows the younger to guide him on the room. Once settled he looked at the younger.

"I'm sorry"

"No hyung don't say that. Their's nothing for you to say sorry about"

"Here's the food. Seriously omma overdid himself again", Junhong chirped as he put the tray down on Jongup's bed. 

"I think he really did". In front of him are almost all his favorite food. He can't help but smile at the effort his second family is giving him. He'll be strong for them.

"Eat up. Omma said appa has some announcement to make. Well if he can wake up appa though", Junhong said laughing to which he also smiled. They all know how hard Yongguk is to wake up if he has started composing again without sleeping for days and it's only Himchan who can wake him up without causing a new world war to occur.

"That's more like it hyung. Don't worry we are here", Jongup said smiling.

Once done, they went to the living room after disposing the dishes on the sink. Yongguk is up looking like he wants to kill someone while sitting on one of the chair with Himchan at his side. Youngjae is still sitting on the same place when Daehyun saw him earlier. He stood frozen but Jongup's reassuring squeeze on his shoulders made him relax. 

"Did you enjoy your breakfast?", Himchan asked smiling as he guides Daehyun on another chair with Jongup and Junhong sat beside Youngjae.

"Ne omma, gomawo", as he sits down, trying to ignore the presence of  the other person as well the feeling of being looked at.

​"Ok your appa has something to say. Yah Bbang wake up", Himchan shook Yongguk jerking him awake and gave the other a shooting glare making the other grumble.

"Alright last night, our CEO called me for a meeting", he started as he rub his face to keep himself awake.

"We will have a Japanese comeback and Daehyun.." Yongguk looked at him.

"You will have a collaboration with other singers from 3 other groups for the Dream Concert"

"Do you know which group?"

"As far as they said 1 from each group. BTOB, VIXX and GOT7. You will start practicing tomorrow and manager will pick you up by 8 am", to which Daehyun nodded.

"And another thing. Manager said our roommates will be re-shuffled. It means we will exchange roommates.", All members looked at Yongguk in shock but Daehyun only felt relief. He won't be able to function well at the moment if he will be alone with Youngjae, so he is grateful for this.

"Before any of you protest. This was already planned by the management last month", Yongguk said as he looked at them one-by-one and when he landed on Daehyun the look was different.

Daehyun knows it was all for him and at that moment he felt guilty, but..

"I'm ok with it! But I want Daehyun hyung as my roommate", the maknae said making Daehyun chuckle.

"Me too. But can I be his roommate?", Jongup asked more politely.

"Sorry the management gave me the intructions as to who will be roomed with who", Yongguk said showing them a paper. The maknaes grumbled, Himchan chuckled and Youngjae looked at them in an expression Daehyun can't understand.But when he turned looked at him, Daehyun looked away. He doesn't want the other to see how broken he is.

"Ok. Himchan and Jongup will room together, Junhong and Youngjae, lastly me and Daehyun. This is effective today."

"So Dae I already packed your things to be transferred to mine and Yongguk's room since I already packed mine. Junhong will pack his things to be transferred to Youngjae's room and Jongup will just take my things to the maknes room", Himchan said with his omma voice to which everyone complied.

He saw Youngjae is trying to approach him, but at this moment he doesn't want to. He is not ready for it.

That night he cried himself to sleep.

He wakes up from someone shaking him.

"Dae wake up. Manager-nim will be here in an hour. Go take a shower, breakfast is almost done", Himchan said hovering at him before leaving after making sure he will stand up.

Looking around he is not in his room, then he suddenly remembers the change last night. He looked at Yongguk's sleeping form on the other side of the room. He is thankful to be roomed with their appa for he knows no one will just barged in the room except Himchan.

He looks at himself in the mirror. He looks skinnier than before and his eyes are hallow. He just hopes the BABY's will not notice it. After a quick shower and dressing himself, he made it to the kitchen just as Himchan put's an orange juice on the table.

"Just in time. Eat now. Manager-nim just called and he will be here in 10 minutes"

"Gomawo omma", he replied as he gobbled up his food.

"Slow down Dae haha"

​"But omma it's delicious", he replied with his mouth full.

"Yah! what did I tell you about eating when your mouth is full?", Himchan replied playfully.

"Oh smells good hyung", they heard someone said and they both froze. They don't need to look up to know who it is.

"Oh good morning Youngjae. Help yourself", Himchan replied.

Youngjae sat beside Daehyun making the other stiff and was about to say something when their manager comes in.

"Good morning guys! Is Daehyun ready?"

"Good morning hyung!"

"I'm almost done", Daehyun replied and almost inhaled his food. Thankful that he could leave.

"Whoah slow down Dae. We will buy something on our way ok", as he watch the other run to his room to get his things.

"Thanks again omma!", Daehyun called out as they leave.

Himchan smiled before leaving the kitchen to wake up the others, leaving Youngjae alone in the kitchen. 

Youngjae sighed and rubbed his face. He knows he ed up but he can't change his decision, not for her.

Daehyun arrived at SBS for the meeting first before they will start practicing. He was guided to a meeting room to which he saw 2 other idols in there.

"Hello Daehyun!"

"Good morning Leo hyung, Eunkwang hyung", he bows to them.

"Oh Daehyun your here good. Now only one left", the staff said as she enters to give them drinks.

"We will start once everyone has arrive", she said before leaving.

The three were catching up with each other when a sudden noise by the door stopped them.

"Oh I think this is the room", they heard some russling.

"Alright we will leave you here. Manager hyung said the first practice will be on JYP so we will wait for you there ok"

"Do you have your things with you?", a worried voice was heard.

"Omma I'm only here for a meeting. Why are you so worked up?", the three looked at each other questioningly but Leo just let out a chuckle, he seems to know who was talking. Daehyun feels weird though.

"Yeah omma, hyung will be ok. If you want one of us can stay here and keep him company", another person said but a loud smack was heard.

"Ow omma!"

"You just want to skip practice Bambam"

"Omma can we go now? I'm hungry.", another voice was heard.

"Fine"

"Alright now our resident omma is done nagging. Come give your favorite Jackson hyung a hug and a good luck kiss since I will be filming again today"

"Jackson let Jae go your smothering him and no kissing", another voice was heard but this one is a little accented same as Jackson.

"Aw come on Mark! Can't I have a good luck kiss at least from my favorite dongsaeng?"

"No only I can do that"

"Eh?! You only do that in the dorms anyway", the three on the room are feeling uncomfortable as to what they are hearing.

"Alright! Alright stop! No one is kissing my baby Jae. And we have to leave or our hyungs will have our throats", an authorative voice was heard.

"Bye guys!"

"Bye hyung!"

"Bye Youngjae!", when Daehyun heard the name he froze. No! No! This can't be happening! Why the same name?!

He felt his heart beat fast as he looked at the door which is slowly opening. His breath hitched as the door opened wide to reveal a cute boy with a beautiful eye smile.

"Good morning!"

Daehyun felt the world stop when Youngjae finally looked at him still smiling.

"I'm GOT7 Youngjae, Choi Youngjae. Nice to meet you. Please take good care of me.", Youngjae said cheerfully making everyone in the room smile including him. His first genuine smile since the break up.
