Days, weeks, and years.. I can’t reach her, is bom still love me? like she used to be. I still remember the farewell moments between and her, five years ago me and my mother moved from Seoul to Gyeongsangnam because my parent’s divorcement and I choose to followed my mother and leave our house in seoul and I met bom, she is the neighbor. Her house right beside my house. Her family always help our family. Bom and I always together. I watched her trying to bake so many cakes just because she has dream to open pastry shop. She has a lot of dream, I still remember clearly every dream she told me. she said she want has a cherry-blossom tree in her garden, she said she want to pet a frog but she didn’t know how to bathing a frog, she said she want to has a house in mountain or near beach, she said one day she will be walk in the moon but there’s something important with bom dreams from me, she ever said..

“I have a lot of dream, but I want be with you in my every dreams ji. Because, imagine the my future without you feel so weird to me..” she said while her eyes closed and her head rest on my shoulder.

“I miss you bom, I wish you were here” I mumbled and buried my face in my palms.

I run to meet bom today, I should tell her something important before it’s been too late. I already dated bom for six months but today should separate with her. How I hate my life today, I can feel so happy with my life now even I just live with my mom but I have bom and her family who always take care of me and my mom and I can feel the really family just with them around me. I’m enter bom’s house and trying to find bom right now but there’s no one in her house just choco and danchoo, her pets. So, I walk to her garden and I find her mother there, gardening.

“eomoni, where is bom?” I asked her mom hurriedly

“ohh jiyong, bom? I think she doing some groceries right now. she said she want to make a red velvet tonight with you” eomoni said

“is she will take along time? I should meet her right now eomoni” I said and then..

“eomaaaaa, I’m home” bom’s voice come from the entrance, I approach her directly and leave her eomma in garden

“bom!” I said and hug her “ohh jiyong why are you here? And what about this hug? Do you miss me so much?” asked her, teasingly

“I do.. I do miss you so much bom and I will miss you everyday from now” I said, still hug her tightly

“will miss me? are you wanna going somewhere?” she asked. yes bom

I releasing her from my hug but I putting my palms in both of her shoulders, keep her body to looking at me and I staring at her, try to tell her everything but my lips feel so frozen so I can’t speak anything.

“what’s going on ji? Tell me please” asked her with concern tone, she place her palm in my cheek and rub it softly.

“my.. my father passed away this morning” I said “ohh God, I’m sorry to hear that ji..” she said and hug my body tightly. But it’s not the important thing I want to tell her, there’s more..

“you should go to seoul ji and meet your relatives. He’s your father anyway” she said again

“yes bom, but you know.. right now there’s a lawyer at my house and he said my mom and I should move back to seoul to my old house because I’m the one and only heirs for all of father’s inheritance” I said to bom and with that she released her hug and stare at me with blank expression

“what do you mean with that ji? Tell me, what are you really want to tell me?”she asked and just by looking her face, I know she already has an expectation about my words.

“I should go and continue to lead my father business bom. I should go to seoul and start to learn everything to be a professional leader for my father company. I will leaving my house here with my mom today” I explained

“for how long? Will you return? Or.. do you want to end everything between us?” she asked me and tears drop from her eyes. I can’t see her crying like this. I hug her very tight try to calm her

“I don’t know how long bom, but you should now that I love you.. very love you. Please wait for me and I will return for you bom. Send me your photograph very month.. send me your diary so I will know everything you did everyday” I said to her

“I love you” she said to me

“I love you more bom” I said

“promise me that you will be return jiyong” bom asked me, she tighter her hug around my body

“yes, I promised bom” I said and keep hug bom for along time

She always send me her diary and her photograph every months back then but it’s been a years she didn’t gave me any. I want to meet her but I have a lot of work to do and so many meeting I should attend. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. Today is Sunday, I decide to have a work out, so I wear my sport cloths and try to have jogging as my work out today. I think I really need some fresh air to relax my mind. I go down upstairs and I can smell some baked bread from the kitchen and I know there’s my mom and ahjumma made a breakfast.

outside my house I do a little run to the gateway and there’s I see so hee with sin ah, house maid standing in front of letter box and I can see clearly so hee take a look to all of the letter and she take one of the letter with pink envelope. But something wrong that pink envelope looks familiar to me so I move closer to her until both of them recognized my appearance

“good morning young master” said the ahjumma

“good morning, and what are you doing here this so hee?” I asked so hee who act suspiciously and try hard to hide the envelope behind her back

“sin ah-ya, what’s so hee do just now?” I ask the ahjumma, honestly sin ah is younger than me and she is the innocent maid in my house so I think she won’t lying to me

“miss so hee always come here every morning young master to check up some letter which sent for you” sin ah said, I’m surprised. What is so hee purpose behind it “give me the letter that you hide so hee-ya” I said

“let me see so hee!” I said but she’s trying to run away from me but when she’s try to free from my grip I see a pink letter fall down from her back and something that make me gasp is the letter.. the envelope.. isn’t it cherry blossom envelope?? That letter written by bom. I take the envelope from the ground and hold so hee’s hand roughly.

“sin ah, since when miss so hee do something like this?” I asked sin ah

“ehm.. it’s happen for long time ago young master. Miss so hee said she is the one who own the letters” sin ah said

“thank you” I said and pull so hee hand roughly.. I want to bring her to meet with my mother

“jiyong let me go.. it’s hurt.. my hand’s hurt” she said

“no. you should meet with my mom and explain everything right away” I said

*braaaak* I open the door roughly. I feel so burn right now

“oh my God jiyong, why so hurry?” my mom come from the kitchen

“oohh so hee? Why are you doing in this early morning?” my mom asked and she take a look to my face with concern look. Maybe my mom already feel how burning am I right now

“mom, I’m begging to you. Please refuse the engagement between me and so hee. I told you I don’t love her. You know right? I just love bom..” I said

“jiyong, I know you love bom but please realize now. how can you find bom? You already know that bom move from her house in Gyeongsangnam and bom didn’t send you any letter since a years ago. Do you think bom still love you? I did this because I want you to be happy and I think so hee is the right person for you jiyong” asked my mom

“and here I am, I bring the thief. So hee the one who stole every bom’s letter eomma. I saw her stole one of bom letter. Look” I said to my mother ang give her bom’s letter that I took from the ground earlier and my mom take it

“is it true so hee-ya?” my mom asked her, but so hee just keep silent

“answer it” I said to so hee
