Description

Where Jongin is a typical policeman and Hayoung is a typical girl that wanted to be noticed in a not so typical love story.

At the age of 5, Hayoung knew Jongin.

At the age of 12, Hayoung liked Jongin.

At the age of 16, Hayoung loved Jongin.

At the age of 22, Hayoung wanted to be with Jongin for all eternity.

 

But Jongin liked solving crimes and reading detective books more than anything else in the world combined. Soon, Hayoung realized the best (and the worst) way to get noticed by the love of her life. Can someone really judge her for what she’s done?

So I decided to join a writing contest (nico's exopink writing contest) with my new account. It's an idea I've had in my mind for so long but haven't had the time to write yet. Well, here we are.

Chapter 1: AWESOMEEEEE STORY! I LOVE IT! LIKE omg seriously. I always like angsty story and the one with sad ending but this one, I really wish that kai and hayoung will have a happy ending ㅠ.ㅠ

What I like, is how you portray both Hayoung and Jongin differently from their typical characters, and you make it believable too with the flashbacks & the conversations. At first reading about the genius Jongin I was like, "EEEYYY" but then you explained how you researched about it beforehand. If there's something that I really like & respect, it's when authors do research before they write. Because then the story will be 'real' and the readers can also gain new knowledge. Kudos!
I read and watch a lot of crime dramas, and I think Hayoung's crime is too simple... but I also know how hard it is to write a crime, it's already amazing you try to write this genre.
And the ending! I like it too! We're just in the middle of lovey-dovey confession, but then BAM! "You're under arrest!"
