Time's stopped. I don't know how long I've been lounging in the sun, nor do I care. It's the first month of summer and I'm finally at my little cabin for my solo getaway. I'm stuck in the limbo of sleepy unconsciousness as I listen to the gentle waves lap against the island's rocky shore, and settle into the soft rhythm of the rocking boat I'm sprawled across. The scorching sun is almost unbearably hot against my pasty skin, but I'm not too worried since I plastered some hefty 50 spf on earlier. With an arm across my face shielding my eyes, I find myself drifting deeper into the abyss of my daze.
 

That is, until I hear the boat. I jolt up, nearly toppling off the boat as I struggle to find stable footing on the wobbling water craft. I scan the horizon for the source of that unmistakable motor. Soon I hear the sounds of triumphant yelling and exclamations. I try my best to not panic as the boat rounds the corner of the island and comes into view. My eyes lock onto the figure driving the boat, his arms flailing in obvious excitement. He's still too far away to notice any further physical characteristics, but by the way my heart seems to have soared up to the heavens and beyond, I can assume it's who I think it is.
 

Scratch that; I know for sure it's him. That idiotic laughter that carries so effortlessly over water can belong only to him. 

"Hey, Baek!!"
 

Oh, no. He spotted me.
 

"Heyyy~" 
 

He's waving at me.
 

I struggle to open my mouth, but no words come out.
 

He's getting closer. I'm struck with the sudden and distinct feeling of wanting to simultaneously laugh, cry, and puke my living daylights out. Even across the bay I am blinded by his goofy grin. He cups his mouth to yell louder, "LONG TIME NO SEE!"
Gulping, I nod, attempt to smile without looking like a love-struck baboon, and give a wave. 
 

"Nice to see you, Yeol!"

A/N: SALUTATIONS!!! I've been wanting to write this story for a long time.... kkkkkkk This is my way of winding down after classes and work. Is that weird?? Anyways~ this story will probably be full of crap, humor, LOVE, angst, and all that good stuff. I'll slowly be writing in the other EXO members, as well. ^^ I HAVE GREAT AND EVIL PLANS. So to anyone who may ever choose to read this for whatever reason... please look forward to it. And give me love. (◕‿◕✿) 
Also I'm going to be camping and out of town for a couple weeks, and wifi is quite limited..........but I'll try to update soon.
