Jongdae confessed his affection for a girl named Nam Ri Na, but was flatly rejected. Why not? She just sees him as her best friend. Stubborn and perseverant, Jongdae is determined to claim victory this time.

Council member Nam Ri Na experiences the rides of life:

student politics,

making friends from a foreign land,

music,

academics,

and falling in love.

The University Division Council of International Atrs Institution in Seoul practices long term service.

Once elected for a position, the student becomes tied up with it until he/she graduates. However, case may occur that the position will be opened again to other students if:

1. The student in position will voluntarily step down from the position.

2. The student in position has unsatifactory rate above 40% of the student population.

3. The student in position committed three offenses or violation of school rules.

The school encourages romance. Art is appreciated more in the blossoming of romantic feelings. Stirring up the emotion brings out the artistic expression of an individual. Beauty is the rule.

Nam Ri Na was a beautiful young maiden with a stong principle and a lovely personality, but also with a sharp tongue and overflowing sarcasm. She's the representation of irony. She's both good and evil in one body. Her life, according to her, was normal and was set on a soothing 4/4-time-signature-like pace. She lived normally like ever other student around the campus, with the exception of being in the council. She went to classes, recited on discussions, participated in school affairs, did laundries, crammed for a school project, and many more. Only one thing was not yet on her to-do-list: falling in love.

Jongdae was a member of EXO, a group of IAI students representing the music department. The group was famous for their good reputations as model students. Three of the members, including Jongdae, were in the council. He excelled in his field but kept his feet planted on the ground. He maintained an approachable demeanor for the students to feel comfortable with addressing the council. He was bubbly and lively, but still remained secretive and composed. He was basically able to do anything except for one; pursuing his feelings for the council Treasurer (local) and Secretary (international), Nam Ri Na. They were best friends since freshman years. He had admitted his feeling for the girl on their sophomore year, but got rejected in a kidding manner saying, "Not a chance, Jongdae. You're my best friend, and I can't see you as anything more than that for now."

Change is the only thing constant in this world.

If chances are given in this world, they can change.

"Yah! Ri Na. Do you remember when I asked you to be my girlfriend? And that you said that there's not a chance that time?"

She nodded, "What about it?"

"Would  you be my girlfriend this time?"
