Excruciating pain ran through his whole body as he was slowly regaining consciousness. The air was heavy as if a damp woollen blanket were covering the skies and shielding the sun. Managing to tear his hurting eyelids apart, the first thing he saw, much to his consternation, was his forearm, whole covered in dried-up blood. Shock striking him immediately, he let out a dry gasp with no hints of his voice.

Calming down, he sat up with numerous difficulties after a while; with his limited knowledge, he guessed he had dislocated shoulder, but aside from that just a lot of scratches of which some were still slightly bleeding.

Then he looked to the side and immediately knew the blood on his arm was not his own.

Everything is bound to fade.

But you and me are at the front lines.

Notes: Hello there ^^ I've been planning to put this up for a while, but it honestly has not an excitingly original plot, okay, just a plainly obvious one >.> I've never written a story with a somewhat eye-catching plot anyway. But it's mine, okay.
