Things couldn't have worked out any better when Grandfather Song discovered that his long gone friend, who he owe his life to, had a beautiful granddaughter about the same age as Joong Ki.

MOON CHAE WON - 27

She's righteous, sweet, and innocent--often times a pushover. Her father was a heavy gambler so their family lived in poverty. Her mother passed away when she was at a very young age. Her father soon remarried but also passed away. She resides with her stepmother and stepsister in the city slums of Seoul, working in her stepmother's noodle restaurant. Her life soon changed when a man, who insisted for her to call him Grandfather Song, walked into the restaurant in search for her. 

Littlemisshappyify's note: I know what you're thinking. Arranged marriages are too common here in AFF. But I must warn you, if you'll going to skip this one, you're missing an incredibly written angst story. Chaeki fans are going crazy for this. If you're not familiar with the characters, Moon Chae Won and Song Joongki are from the award winning K drama Nice Guy/Innocent Man. I'm telling you, even if you don't know the characters, The Heart Was Made To Be Broken will be bound to make your tears fall and hearts ached.
