During this time, one young woman seizes the chance to escape the limits of her gender and prove herself in the only way she knows. It will not be easy for her, but she will not be alone, with acquired friends and a supernatural helper by her side every step of the way.

Littlemisshappyify's note: If I am not mistaken, this story was inspired by the Disney cartoon Mulan and also the Taiwanese drama Mulan. As usual, the author doesn't disappoint. I know there are stories out there with their female leads cross-dressing and entered an all-boys school. But this story was set in the Joseon times. We are not talking about a girl who will disguise herself for unintelligible reasons. The heroine is set to conquer the world of men for her family. Now that's a great character to read.
