Juliana Huang lived a perfect life. With a perfect family, and a perfect job as well has a perfect boyfriend its eveyrthing she has ever dreamt of. It was all going well as she finds herself in her own world.

 

Until one day trouble comes knocking on her door one day in leather jacket and a guitar strapped over his shoulder. He has his hair slicked back, sunglasses slightly jutting out showing his eyes, his lips turns into a beautiful grin showing white pearly teeth that was too perfect. 

 

"Sup, I'm your new neighbour Park Chanyeol"

 

Juliana couldn't get him out of her mind througout the day, even in school. Her boyfriend, Luhan knows something was wrong with her as he kept on catching her staring in deep thoughts

 

"Juli, are you okay?"

 

Juliana shook her head and smiled at Luhan

 

"Yeah....I just have a lot of things in my mind. What wee you saying again?"

 

Luhan told her about the upcoming game. But his voice was drowned out by her thoughts on the new bad boy neighbor. She smiled thinking about his smile and his deep voice. 

 

During the next few days Juliana couldn't concentrate in class thinking of the hot neighbor.

 

Sighing she can't keep her mind out of it unless Luhan interrupts her telling her about something and she would look confused as well as Luhan too. As the weeks passed by all she could think about is the stunning rockstar just a few doors away and her amazing boyfriend.

 

Guilt

 

That was the feeling when Luhan came over to pick her up one day and Chanyeol coincidentally just came out of his apartment. Chanyeol gave a dimpled smile to her and she almost passed out on the floor it it weren't for Luhan to catch her.

 

"Juli-ah..gwenchana?"

 

She looked at her boyfriend and then at Chanyeol and nodded

 

"Eh? Deh.....Kaja"

 

She felt guilty as she left the building with Luhan for having this kind of feeling with another person when she promised her boyfriend he'll be the only one she thinks about. 

 

That night she came home to find Chanyeol waiting by her door. He looked as if he's contemplating about something in his mind. 

 

"Chanyeol-sshi....why are you out here?"

Chanyeol looked at her and smiled

 

"Juliana...I want to tell you something important."

 

At that right moment unbeknownst  to then Luhan came back because Juliana somehow forgot to take her cellphone from his car while they were out on their date earlier. He stood behind a door a few meters away blocked by a thick wall as he watch the interaction between his girlfriend and an unknown male. He squinted his eyes and look closely 

 

"W-what is it that you want to tell me?"

 

Chanyeol cleared his throat and while gripping his fist tight he pushed her to the wall surprising her. 

 

"I wanna tell you how much I like you"

 

She gulped and froze. She doesn't know how to react

"I don't know what to say Chanyeol...."

 

He put his finger to her lip hushing her

 

"You have no idea how these past one month I kept on thinking about you....and I want to do this..."

 

He came closer and closer and their lips were almost touched when Juliana pushed her head away and he knew he was rejected. Their eyes met and for the first time she spoke

 

"Look Chanyeol...I can't do this"

 

He was confused

 

"What do you mean?"

 

"I want to kiss you so damn much...."

 

At that moment Luhan stood behind Chanyeol and his eyes were red with jealousy glassy even and Juliana bit her bottom lip

 

"Juliana"

 

Luhan look at her with tears in his eyes and he turned around ready to leave. She pushed Chanyeol and pulled Luhan's wrist

 

"Luhan wait...I can explain"

 

Luhan turned around look at her his doe eyes watery 

 

"Explain what? That you have feeling for this...this stranger....by the way who are you?"

 

Chanyeol then spoke up

 

"Chanyeol...next door neighbor"

 

"Luhan...look I can explain"

 

"Explain nothing....if this is what you want then we're over Juliana"

 

Luhan left and Juliana crumpled to the ground crying sobbing as she murmured

 

"Luhan....I'm sorry"

 

Chanyeol felt it was his fault brought her up carried her to her bedroom and stayed with her till she calmed down

 

"Juliana....look I'm sorry...I didn't mean to intrude and ruin your relationship with him"

 

She look at Chanyeol eyes still watery and red from her crying and she gave him a sad smile

 

"I.....it's alright Chanyeol...it's not your fault. Please do me a favor and leave me alone..please"

 

"You sure?"

 

She nods

 

"Yeah...I'll be fine."

 

Chanyeol then nods and soon left her apartment leaving her alone in her own empty apartment with an empty thought flying around in her mind. Thinking about Luhan then of Chanyeol.

 

"Ottokaji? Who do I choose?"

 

The next day:

 

She braced herself to go to Luhan's house with his favorite food and rubics cube hoping it will cheer her boyfriend up. As she stood in front of his door she let out a soft sigh and knocked bracing herself for the worst rejection yet. Once the door opened Luhan look at her from top to toe then closed the door on her auing her to stand there frozen in shock.

 

Her eyes grew watery and she knew it's over. With a heavy heart she placed the food and rubics cube on the floor as she put a post-it-note on them 

 

Luhan,

Mianhae....I want to explain but it's hard for me to if you don't want to listen I understand. I'm sorry for being a bad girlfriend. I'm sorry

 

Juliana

Soon after she left and went back to apartment hiding under the blanket crying and soon fell into a deep sleep. Dreaming about being in an empty space. She look around confused

 

"Hello? Is anybody there? Where am I?"

 

Then she saw her Luhan and Chanyeol both wearing white. She became confused until a voice rang in her head

 

"Choose using your heart not your mind. What does it say"

 

"M-My heart?"

 

Placing a hand onto her heart she look at the both of them. Closing her eyes she listened to what her heart have to say as she opened them to come face-to-face with her best friend Nara. 

 

"YAH! Errona!"

 

Shaking her Nara had tears in her eyes, sounded worried. Juliana sat up and look at her best friend hugging her.

 

"Nara...ottokaji"

 

Nara heard from her boyfriend, Yixing and she rushed out of her workplace and found Juliana somewhat dead to the world. She shook her best friend and now all she could do was hug her best friend back.

 

"Don't cry.....I'm here....everything will be alright"

 

"Nara....."

 

She look at her best friend wiping her tears and smiled for the first time 

 

"I know who to choose between them"

 

Nara understood and nodded.

 

"Do it Juli....aja aja hwaiting!"

 

They both hugged again and Juliana never felt any more relieved than this. She decided to go to the person who she chose and get things straight. 

 

"I must do this right before it's too late and I will regret it sooner"

 

That evening she went to the place knocked on it three times and then the door opened revealing....
