 Breakfast Time!

Like i said breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you better start eating your breakfast! Here are some simple, easy and cheap breakfast for students or non students can follow also suitable for vegerterains and Vegans! So Let's get started! \^o^/ [My favorite meal get too excited i love food y'knw~]

➊ Oatmeal - I recommend this one specially so it had to be number one! I would suggest get Rolled oats version because it is more softer {also used in baking kekeke}

How to make oatmeal:

 Step No.1: Get 1cup of oatmeal and place it in the bowl then get Almond milk or you can used soya milk or any kinds of milk you prefer {Not whole milk!}

Step No.2: Place it in the oven about 2-3 minutes until it is like a liquied porriagde form then it is done! ^^

So you can eat your oatmeal like that OR top it with some fruits [E.g banana, apple, blueberries, strawberris, kiwii, apricots, peach etc] or nuts [e.e almond, walnuts? etc] Or Cinnamon

ALSO These are vegeterian and vegan PROVE!   Jjang!

➋ Brown Bread - This is one of the healthy carbs! Instead of having like white bread i suggest you wholemeal bread or brown bread. I know you guys might not like brown bread so obviously you don't eat them plain in the morning DURH! XD So here are some recipe!

My Top 3 Bread breakfast recipe:

1. Brown bread with Banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey drizzled on top. [Sweet tooth craving in the mornings kind of breakfast *wink wink* (>‿◠)✌

-Toast the 1/2 bread in the toaster for 20 secs on either side [But this is optional if you don't want it to be toasted then thats fine]

- Get your ALL NATRUAL, no sugar added Peanut butter [Or almond butter] and spread on your toast

-After that cut your banana in coins and place them evenly on the bread. After that put a dash of cinnamon [Optional] and then drizzle little natural organic honey [You can use agave nector or stevia (this is a sweetner like suger that has 0 calories CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! holy) but also this is optional too]

2. Brown bread with poached egg and avacdo [Healthy light breakfast]

- Again toast the bread for 20 sec on either side but total optional and take it out when you like the bread how you would want it to be.  Then get an avocado, you cut it in half by going around it and then twist it with your hands and separate it and BOOM your avocado! Then get a knife cut it around it first and scoop it out onto your toast and spread it. [If you don't like avocado then its  fine to leave it out ^^]

-To make the poached egg which will be quite diffcult but you know you can try or make boiled egg instead :D. Here is a video for you to watch!

After cooking the poached egg place it on the toast carefully ! ^^ THen your Healthy breakfast toast is done! To spice it up a bit you can but chopped parsely or chilli flakes! [no store bought sauce!]

3. Fruitlicious Toast

All you need is any type of fruit for example: Apple, banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwiis, apricots etc and place them on the toast with low fat cottage cheese spread ! Delicious!

Breakfast blueberry Muffin in a minute!

I mean who DOESN'T love mugcake?? I love breakfast mugcake! which is HEALTHY! YAY!! So this is a blueberry Mugcake but you don't have to have the blueberry in it you can make it plain and eat it with other fruits or nuts!

Ingredient:

- 1/2 cup of blueberries

- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal

- 1 whole organic egg

- 1 Tsp type of sweetner: Honey, stevia, agave nectar, brown sugar etc

Step 1: place the oat in the mug

Step 2: crack the egg and mix very well it should be in a liquidy consistancy

step 3: Add in the sweetner of choice and then add in your blueberries and mix gently okay GENTLY

step 4: Place it in the microwave for about 1 minute or 30 sec usally depends on your microwave and the "Mug cake" should come out like a muffin!

Here you can eat it by itself or add some other fruits if you like! ^^ Be creative yoo ~

➍ Low carb breakfast omelette!

Now as you know that in omelette you can literally put like ALOT of types of ingredients from veggies to meats to dairy etc. BUT this is a low CARB omelette SO you can only put VEGGIES because they don't have many carbs.

You can add: Spinach, peppers, mushrooms, tomamtoes, carrots, zucchni, onions etc anything basically that goes well together! But if you guys really can't just eat VEGGIES in your omelette sprinkles some mozzerlla or low fat chedder cheese on it! ^^ Don't forget to add a pinch of salt!

**If you don't know how to cook an omelette, here is a simple instructions:

Step 1:  Crack your egg in a small bowl and mix it with a fork or anything. Then place it aside.

Step 2: Get your vegetables ready. Then you cook/ saute your vegetables in olive oil until its translucent.

Step 3: Pour the egg mix in your vegetables. make sure to get it on all over your veggies! Then flip it over after like 60 sec -1 min and do the same for the other side! THen place it on your choosen plate! ;)

➎ Banana Pancakes!

Okay, so this can go wrong at some point so you have to becareful lool. When i first done it, it turned out like scarmbled banana egg! [It was okay.. i still had to eat it becasue my sis is like "DON'T WASTE FOOD!" ¬_¬] This recipe is from my FAVORITE fitness coach on youtube her name is cassey ho! [I'll talk to you guys about this fitness thing in another chapter so.. yup!]

Okay here are the ingrdients:

- 2 eggs

- 1 banana

AND THATS IT! YUP! THATS IT!

Step 1: Mash the banan in a bowl then crack the 2 eggs and mix it well, it doesn't matter if you still have chuncks of banana because its more tasty with the chuncks in my opinion!

Step 2: Spray your non-stick pan (or a regular pan) with PAM/ oil spray/ EVO, with the heat on medium.

Step 3: Take your 'Pancake' batter and make a pancake! Flip the pancake about 30sec-1min after on each side (usally depends on what your type of cooker it is, i guess] Then do the rest!

Step 4: Now serve and enjoy! [If this didn't work out for you then keep on practising knowing what you did wrong not do it again lol]

**So couldn't be bothered to like cook it on the pan so I decided it to place the batter on the Muffin/cupcake tin and placed them in the microwave [XD hahaha..] And then I placed them in there for about 2 minutes and then well it was ediable and tasted the same but was just a different colour (like whiteish pale colour)  and some didn't cook while the other did so i placed them back in for another couple of minutes until they got to the colour i wanted and all puffed out somthing like that. <-- You can try this lool if you don't have much time in the mornings yh knw~ XD
