Thank you if you subscribed much appericated that you guys are willing to go healthy with me and Begin your Healthy Journey which will become your Lifestyle soon! :D I hope you guys read the main picture on the foreward because THATS WHAT WILL GET YOU STARTED! 

Stop saying I WISH & Start say I WILL

So let's Get started! 



In this Chapter i will talk to you about being healthy and some tips on getting started also some rules you must follow. MUST.

 

Rules ◄ 

 As soon as you wake up Drink a Cup of cold or room tempeature water. & when i mean cup i meant this size -> CUP

- This will help your metobolism rate going faster and fersh as you make your breakfast or get ready for school. 

Always ALWAYS eat your breakfast! If you usally skip breakfast you should be ashamed of yo self! -^-[Let me elabarate why..] 

- You should always have breakfast because it will give you the energy you need thourghout the day and not only will you be full and happy thoughout the day,also you would be able to burn off the calories you ate thoughout your day. 

- Also You will be able to NOT over eat/ binge at lunch or snacks time. 

I am in the middle of making the breakfast page but when im done PLEASE check out my Breakfast page see what are things that are Healthy and Cheap ALSO there is vegerterian and vegen options too! ^^ 

 Have at least 5 meals a day [Not TOO big or not TOO little..elaboration..-]  

- with this you won't over eat or binge and it gives you enough energy thourghout the day! 

- You should always eat a balanced diet, ALWAYS! This will mantain your body weight so like you won't have too much fat or too much veggies or too much carbs. 

- Go to my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks pages to see what you can eat that is healthy, cheap and easy to make when i post them up soon!!

➃ Drink at least 1litere of water per day 

- If you don't like water than you can flavor it [Don't buy flavored drinks! no no..] Check out my Drinks page to see how you can flavour them when i upload it!! 

➄ Do at least 30minutes or 1 hour of exercise 

- VERY VERY important too because you would want to burn off that calorie you ate thourghout the day. You won't see quicker results if you dont exercise! Oh no! I will post up easy exercises for begginers and so on so please wait! ^_^

Oh my god I just realized I'm taller than you... I used the converter and I'm like, 5 feet 3. Try and guess my weight. ;) ahaha XD

Wahh~ I have subscribed, I gotta learn all this stuff!! :D
I think I can cut 100% of the food from the list given... I've never liked chocolates and sweets anyways... /pls dun kill meh/ I don't usually eat junk food, maybe once in 4 months?? Haha but the red meats... /sighs/ Oh and the tip about the morning water drink was pretty interesting, I never knew! XD Update soon, juseyo~

Chapter 2: Heyyah! Author! You got a subscriber here! I like this idea since i'm also trying to be more healthy and because we have the same height and weight!!xD....
hope you update everyday because youtubers only update once every two weeks!
