❝ Things you MUST cut out!

Okay so the list you are about to read is NOT going to be easy to give up in your life but i am begging you to do please otherwise you won't be going anywhere to be honest. 



Things you MUST cut out in your diet 

1. Fizzy, soda, energy drinks or any type of drink that comes out of a can or has chemical substance in it like Coke, pepsi, sprite etc. So none of that anymore! [This was really hard for me to start with but now its like 'Whatever~' I haven't drank it for like years!! >0< oh my gwad! .... 0_0] 

2. Readymade/process foods that you buy from the market. CUT IT OUT! Do you know how much sodium is in them? HOLY SHEEzzz >< {Slat makes your lower belly like flipping crazy BIG

3. Crisps, chips - MUST, they also have high in calories and its fried in OIL FAT OIL for godness sake! [This one is hard to i know ><] [I used to like them ALOT but now i HATE them HATE, the smell is disgusting! I will vomit and runaway~] 

4. Fat Carbs: White Bread and rice, pasta etc. These are carbs that you don't want to consume because they are sooo much processed BUT don't worry we are carb lovers and thankfully there are HEALTHY carbs YAY! \^o^/ Check out my 'Healthy Carbs' page and see the healthy carbs! ^_^ 

5. [this one is the hard one...:(] CHOCOLATE! SWEETS - I know i know .. It's sad but you have too ... YOU MUST! Especially sweets! However guess what?? Good news! Coca Powder is 98.9% healthy and DARK chocolate is 68% healthy than other choclates so you can eat them! Hurry!~ If you don't know how to make anything with coca powder don't worry there are recipes [Check out my dessert page; also in other food pages]. ^^ ALSO get rid of cakes, cupcakes, chocolate etc you get what i mean. 

6. Red meat, they are the fat kinds which is not really healthy you should eat MORE lean meat. Lean meat are Chicken , salmon and fish. Read meat are: beef, pork etc. 

7. Junk Food: you know what junk foods are - Macdonalds, KFC, pizza, cokes, sweets, fried chips, burgers, ice cream and ALL those sugary and salty food. 



Comment if your going to try and give these slowly ^^ You will feel depressed because these are also called as Comfort foods i know but your body will feel much healthier AND not to mention but also in a Good shape!!

Oh my god I just realized I'm taller than you... I used the converter and I'm like, 5 feet 3. Try and guess my weight. ;) ahaha XD

I think I can cut 100% of the food from the list given... I've never liked chocolates and sweets anyways... /pls dun kill meh/ I don't usually eat junk food, maybe once in 4 months?? Haha but the red meats... /sighs/ Oh and the tip about the morning water drink was pretty interesting, I never knew! XD Update soon, juseyo~

Chapter 2: Heyyah! Author! You got a subscriber here! I like this idea since i'm also trying to be more healthy and because we have the same height and weight!!xD....
hope you update everyday because youtubers only update once every two weeks!
