I am a fan girl and a huge EXO stan. I am of course sad to hear about Kris trying to terminate his contract with SM but more than the fact that Kris is leaving EXO or that EXO might disband, you know what's killing me more? The fact that EXO stans are being so rude to Kris. The fact that EXO stans are bombarding his IG with comments like, "You can't leave EXO", "You said, 'We are one', prove it", "Stop being selfish" etc. I just want to ask those people, Do you know what he is going through or what he must have gone through? It must have taken him a lot of thinking to finally come to this decision. Instead of supporting him and giving him strength why are the so called fans bashing him? What do you mean by "You can't leave EXO?" since when does anyone of us own them? First it was TVXQ, then Super Junior and its now EXO. Don't you see it? Its not the fault of the artists but its SM entertainment to be blamed. So instead of bashing Kris, question why artists from SM is suing SM, question why SM has contracts which needs to be revisited or terminated. 

I can't even imagine what Kris and the other members must be going through. So instead of bashing, we should instead be supportive. It is SM to be blamed and not any artist. It was never Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu or Hangeng's fault for the disbandment of TXVQ and Super Junior and it will not be Kris fault if anything arises out of this suit because it is the fault of SM Entertainment and only SM Entertainment and no one else.

Also, for those who are saying Kris is only suing for reconsidering the contract and not termination. Sure! that is why the Law firm who is representing Kris has used the term "nullification". That is why Tao, Chanyeol, Lay, Luhan has suddenly unfollowed Kris. That's why Sehun posted the pic with a question mark and that's definitely why some stupid SM staff has used Chanyeols account to write such horrible words along with the overdose picture.

You see what they are doing? SM is trying to sabotage Kris. Also, Kris is suing because his basic civil rights were denied. SM Entertainment seriously needs to check its contract policy. As a lawyer, I am so frustrated over the fact that I am not practicing in Korea >_<

if this is what Kris wants so be it, we don't know how much he must have suffered to have to come to a decision like this.

With SM or Not,  we will always be one! EXO Hwaiting! Kris Hwaiting! EXO Stans Hwaiting!
