His heart is beating fast, as he is getting closer to that woman figure. Finally, he is standing right in front of her. That woman looks up, still covering her face, but she lets her eyes uncovered and looks straight to him and she whispers a name

“Jingyo Oppa….”

And he lost his breath, when a pair of teary eyes darted on his.  Those very beautiful feline eyes…..

The King open his eyes abruptly, wakes from his nightmare. He’s panting heavily and his body is covered by sweat. He feels the dream is so real. That woman…, those cat eyes…

Jiyong looks to his left side and find his wife is sleeping. He’s studying her. That woman…, is definitely not her. Then he gets up from his bed and walks to the balcony. He looks at the dark night sky, inhaling deeply then closes his eyes. Those eyes, felt so familiar for him. And somehow, he misses those eyes so much.

And the previous dream is getting clearer. He could hear her call him ‘Jingyo Oppa’, and he saw his lost pendant on her. His heart is still beating fast, reminisce every detail of his dream.

Jiyong looks up into the sky again, “Who are you…” he whispers softly

Chaerin woke up when she felt the wagon is moving. She opened the thick blanket and found it was already in the morning. Yeah, last night, after those assassins failed to find her, she was exhausted and fell asleep.

She climbs out carefully and surprised by an old man

“Omo! What are you doing inside my wagon, young lady?” the old man asks

“Uhm…, joesonghamnida, Ahjussi…” Chaerin bows and apologize “I was chased by robbers, and I hide at your wagon….” She continues and the old man just nods, understand. He looks at Chaerin and her big belly, and feels pity of her

“So, where do you live? My wife and I are about to visit our son in the next village. You can go with us and we will drop you home” he says warmly. His wife is walking behind him and smiles to her too

“Ooh.., thank you... I live in…” she paused. She couldn’t go home. Those assassins might be waiting there. So, she thinks deeply where she should. “I’m about to go to my Unnie’s place on the next village too…” she answers

“Oh, then, come with us” the wife says and leads her into their cart

“You think, Soohyuk still planning something?” Youngbae asks. This morning, he got massage from Daesung’s man, asked him to go to Daesung house.

“According to Seungri…, yes he does” Daesung answers. Yesterday, Seungri told him about prince Soohyuk’s men who were spying them. “Seungri said, it might related to the crown prince’s birth mark”

Youngbae looks up. “What do you mean?” he asks

“I think, they noticed that we already questioning about that strange thing. They want to get every information whether the King really has a ‘real’ sole heir out there” Daesung explains

“But, how come they know about Prince Joon has no royal sign? Only the king, queen, Jinwoo, and the four of us know about it. Even the maid doesn’t allowed to see prince’s body” Youngbae asks curiously

“Seungri said, it probably the Queen told prince Soohyuk by herself…” Daesung answers, shocking Bae

“What? But…, why?How come?”

“Seungri told me that during the king’s disappearance months ago, he saw Prince Soohyuk and the queen at the library several times. And yesterday, when Prince Soohyuk visited the crown prince at the Queen’s room, Queen commanded the guard to lock the door. Those were strange…” Daesung keeps explaining

“So, you want to say that the Queen and Prince Soohyuk are allies?” Bae frowns

“Seungri and I, plus my wife assumed.., yes.”Daesung’s answer is shocking Bae. “Minji senses there are many weird things about the Queen, Prince Soohyuk, and princess Soran. And you know how sharp Minji’s instinct, Hyung”

“She was your best spies, though” Youngbae comments, makes Daesung smiles widely. “They will use this issue to attack the King” Bae continues

“That’s what we should anticipate” Daesung adds

“But, do you think it’s possible? That the king has another Son?” Bae asks seriously

“I’m not so sure about it, Hyung. We all know Ji Hyung never involved with any woman before his marriage. if it was true, the real crown prince should be older than prince Joon” Daesung thinks deeply. “But, I think we should investigate this case. Before they get the answer first and use it to dethrone the King”

“But, will the king agree with this?” Bae hesitates

“Let’s do it secretly. I told Seunghyun Hyung already and he is in” Daesung states. Youngbae shocked for a while. Well, Daesung is usually the ‘good boy’ between them, but now he asks him to investigate a case secretly from the King? It’s new

“Are you sure?”

“We do this to protect the King, Hyung. That’s our duty. Let’s do our best to protect the king and the kingdom” He said seriously

Bae thinks for a while and then answers the younger one. “Right. I’m in” he says

Chaerin went to Hanbyul’s house. She told everything to Hanbyul and she got frightened instantly

“You can’t go back to your house, Chaerin-ah… they will search you there” Hanbyul holds Chaerin’s hands

“Then, where I should go, Unnie…” Chaerin asks, her body is still shaking. She knows that she couldn’t stay there too, and put Hanbyul and her son in danger, since the assassins must be known about them too. Hanbyul thinks seriously. She really wants Chaerin to be save

“Chaerin-ah, do you remember Taecyeon?” Hanbyul asks

“Taecyeon Oppa? Your cousin?” Chaerin asks back and hanbyul nods

“Yes. Let’s go there. I will you. Stay there for a while, at least until your baby is born. We will think about the rest then” Hanbyul says. Chaerin just silence. She has no choice…. Actually, she knows him well. Taecyeon was proposed her two years ago, but she rejected him. And now, he is married to a woman named Sooyeon .

She feels awkward, but she has no choice. And finally, she is agree with Hanbyul’s idea

“But, Chaerin-ah… who are those bad guys? Why do they hunting you?” Hanbyul asks

“I don’t know, Unnie…”

“Chae.., do you think…, it’s related to Jingyo and my husbanddisappearance?” Hanbyul asks with quivering voice. Chaerin looks at her and sees Hanbyul’s eyes begin to watery

“I really don’t know, Unnie…. Mian…” she whispers, her eyes becomes wet too. Hanbyul hugs her tight

“Don’t be sorry, Chaerin-ah… it wasn’t your fault” she tries to comfort Chaerin, and then pulled out. “Now, let’s go. I’ll you there before they found you”

Then they go to a village near the castle. There, Taecyeon and his wife are living. Taecyeon is a craftsman, while his wife used to work as a maid in the palace. She resigned after got married and had a child.

Taecyeon is shocked when he saw Chaerin in front of his house with Hanbyul. And Chaerin is pregnant….

Hanbyul tells everything she knows to Taecyeon and Sooyeon. Sooyeon doesn’t let Chaerin stay there at first, but Taecyeon feels pity of her and let her stay there.

“Just stay here, Chaerin-ah. At least until you give birth. You’ll be safe here” he smiles warmly

“Thank you, Oppa… I’m sorry for being a burden” Chaerin bows

“Aigoo…, don’t be like that. I’m your Oppa, remember?”Taecyeon smiles.“Then take a rest, Chae. You must be so tired after your long day… call me if you need something” he says and leaving Chaerin’s room

“Thank you, Oppa” Chaerin replies. Then she sits
