He was waiting for them to comeback. It has been two years since they have left the country and now they were back. Finally. He sighed as he has mixed emotions regarding this. Unsure whether he should feel happy or sad about it. If someone asks him, he can answer confidently that he’s glad to see her again. To be able to speak with her and be able to breathe the same air as her. To be just near her. So yes, he is definitely a happy man. But it’s not just about her. The truth was that her presence made him feeling miserable too. Why? Because it’s not him who was by her side.

Looking up the sky, he hoped that everything can go back to the good old days. If he knew what would happen, he would’ve never left them. He would stay even if it meant forsaking himself. Except it was already too late for regrets. Things have happened. A lot of things changed between them. And now, all he can do was to look at her, look at them  from afar and staying near them, loving her in secret.
