"We're really doing this..."

It comes out more like a broken sentence than a question, and for a moment, the bleach blonde has second thoughts. The two had been planning this moment for months, but until now, it didn't seem real. In all honesty, the bleach blonde was a little scared.

"Don't tell me you're backing out now. You know how hard it was to sneak this from my dad?" The other male says, his voice showing no emotion, but the shorter male can tell. He's known the younger long enough to know what he's hiding his ever stoic expression. After all, the two grew up together. "I had to disable all those stupid camera's and everything to-"

"I never said I was backing out, Sehun," the blonde one says evenly, cutting of the others speech. He swallows, collecting his jumbled thoughts to try and speak. "It's just...I-I mean, look at what we're gonna do!"

To prove his point, he wildly gestures around to the various bags of pills lying in front of them, all different types of painkillers, antibiotics, and drugs innocently watching them in the open air that surrounds them. Junmyeon could only imagine the lengths that the younger had to go through to steal all of them from his fathers pharmaceutical.

The blonde sighs heavily, running a hand through his messy hair. He's really starting to not like this idea anymore, but he can't say no now. He can't sit back and let his best friend commit suicide on his own, because if he were to step away, Junmyeon knows that's exactly what Sehun would do. Sehun always stuck to what he planned. So when he announced to Junmyeon he was going to kill himself after their classes let out months earlier, Junmyeon only had two options: 1) begin a futile attempt to stop the younger or 2) follow along. You can see what he went with.

Junmyeon never asked why Sehun wanted to die, not that he wasn't curious, he just learned that over time the younger would tell him sooner of later. Sehun told him everything. He, however, had not told him his reasons yet.

Now hyperventilating, Junmyeon attempted to calm down his nerves, not wanting to disappoint his best (and only) friend. It wasn't until he felt a pair of long arms wrap around his small waist and pull him into a soft hug that his breathing started to even out. He could feel a hand making small, soothing circles on his back, and slowly he let himself mold into his friend embrace.

"Hyung, you don't have to..." was all the younger said as he held Junmyeon closer, burying his face in the others soft, strawberry scented hair. "I'm the one who wants to die, so you don't have to."

"But I do, Sehunnie. I love you too much to let you do this on your own," the shorter mumbled into his chest, rising slowly as he whipped a stray tear. "I have nothing else to live for anyways."

And it was true. Being an orphan, Junmyeon had no family, barely any friends, and was failing almost every class in high school. He was even on the verge of being held back for his lack of knowledge. He was a 17 year old with absolutely no hope for the future and he knew it.

Sehun on the other hand was way better off, even if he was middle class. He had parents who loved him, a descent social statues with more than enough friends, and was a top ranking student. Junmyeon saw no reason for him wanting to kill himself, but Sehun's mind worked in mysterious ways.

"...Are you sure, Hyung?"

"I'm positive."

It wasn't until three days later that the bodies of Oh Sehun and Kim Junmyeon where found in an abandoned  cabin in the woods some miles away from Seoul by an elderly man walking his dog.

The two had been holding each other in a loving embrace, and if not for the circumstances, looked like they were in a peaceful sleep.

Nothing but a note left behind by Oh Sehun gives any sort of clue as to why they committed a double suicide.
