"Good evening, this is Park Yoora of MBC Evening News where we talk about the current news that is happening throughout The Republic of South Korea." As Yoora re-adjusted her cue cards by tapping them on the desk, she turned to her fellow news anchor with an exasperated sigh. "Minwoo, you've heard of the serial killer that has been terrorizing Seoul recently, have you not?"

Kim Minwoo nodded as he tilted his head to the side before turning to stare at Yoora. "Netizens have dubbed him as The Phantom due to the fact that the police have not been able to find any leads." As he stared at the teleprompter opposite of him, he began stating The Phantom's past victims. "As of today, May 6th, 2014, there have been a total of twelve victims that have suffered from his wrath."

"That is correct." Yoora piped. "Professionals as well as citizens are at a loss on what his objective is since all the victims were of different sizes, genders, and even ages. The youngest victim is six year old Seo Jihyun while the oldest is senior citizen Oh Sangbum at sixty-nine. Minwoo, what do you think The Phantom's reason for killing is? Do you think this is a random hate crime or an intelligently organized murder spree?"

"Definitely a random hate crime." Minwoo nodded once more. "All the victims were completely different from each other and there's no way that this could even be considered an organized murder spree; let alone something that could be considered intelligent. If there were anything remotely similar between each victim, it would be that they were all weak. Honestly, this shows how much of a coward and weakling this so called "Phantom" is. He's afraid that he won't be able to talk on someone bigger than him, so he settles for weak targets such as drunk women, young children, and handicapped senior citizens."

"So do you believe because of his targets are considered weak, the perpetrator is just a weak minded individual who is psychologically incapable of determining between what is right and wrong?"

"Yes, but to a certain extent. Yes, I do believe he is a psychotic manic who is a coward, but I am sure he knows what he is doing and certainly enjoys this sick and twisted game of his." As Minwoo paused to catch his breath and regain his posture, the PD and FD of the news station began fidgeting and running behind the cameras. Minwoo and Yoora looked around and at each other in confusion, wondering what had happened that caused the entire studio to panic. As the main PD quickly shoved the individual in charge of the teleprompter, he began furiously typing the news that had just broke out. As the two anchors stared at the teleprompter with wide eyes and uneven breaths, Minwoo read the information out loud:

"A twenty-five year old body builder has been found dead in an alleyway in Itaewon.
After much speculation, authorities have confirmed that he is The Phantom's thirteenth victim."
