“What?” Sunmi tried to hear that news again, she was afraid something was wrong with her ear.

“I’m sorry miss, Zhang incorporation cancel the engagement. Mr. Yixing himself called us this morning, he said sorry. And he personally asked for your agreement to this matter. But despite you agree or not, he will announce it today.”

Choi Sunmi just kept silence, she didn’t know what on earth were happening there. She didn’t know why, all of sudden, Zhang Yixing, her soon-to-be-fiance, decided to cut the engagement out. She didn’t think she had made any problem with him, she didn’t even ever greet each other personally.

Ah, we didn’t ever talk to each other except when our family meetings, before and after our parents announced about this engagement, how could be someone as strangers as us engaged? He didn’t know a thing about me. Or… those meets were enough to Zhang Yixing to hate me.

“Miss?” Her secretary woke her up from her thought, she smiled.

“Cut it out then, let him do what he want.”

Let Zhang Yixing do what he want. Like he always did....

At least Zhang Yixing was the man with the word. He announced it in the evening. When she went to her home. When her parents were home. When she had to meet them.

“What the hell is happening here Choi Sunmi? Why did suddenly Zhang Yixing announce that your engagement is canceled?” Mr. Choi shouted to her daughter, Mrs. Choi looked at her daughter sadly.

“It is. He asked me to cancel it.”

“Then why you agreed with that? Where do you think I will go without ashamed by this stupidity?”

“Even I didn’t agree with it, he still announced it.”

“What? That bastard!”

“Calm down sweetheart, maybe Zhang Yixing has his own excuse for this..” Mrs. Choi tried to calm her husband down.

Sunmi just watched her parents fighting over her matter. She tried to control herself. She didn’t want, this sudden shocking news made her outburst.

"Where is that bastard? Where the hell is Zhang Yixing? Take him to the main house now!" Mr. Zhang entered his house with his anger. He felt tired after promoting his company's newest car in Japan, but to his horor, when he arrived in China, he watched from his phone, his son announced that the engagement between him and Choi's daughter was canceled.

"Calm down. I heard it too, I had called Mr. Wang to bring him back." Mrs. Zhang went out from their room in the second floor after hearing her husband raged out loud from the door. How big their mansion was, when it came with her husband shouts, she was sure everyone could hear it.

"What is going on here?" Mark, the second son entered to the mansion too.

"Did you watch tv?" His father said to his son.

The one who was being told, rolled his eyes. "I'm going to college for learning dad, not watching such a worthless gossip. So, what's going on?"

Mrs. Zhang pull him out by his wrist, "Your brother canceled his engagement with Sunmi."

"What? That idiot! I begged for me to be engaged with Sunmi noona, and it won't happen, and he was, effortlessly, being engaged with her, he canceled it? What an idiot."

Mrs. Zhang slapped her son's head because his stupidity.

Everyone waited for Yixing in the living room when he finally entered the house. He walked into his house without greet his family. But, before he passed the living room, he heard his mother called his name.

"So, Yixing, before I slap you, tell me what the hell were you doing when I was gone?"

Mrs. Zhang looked at her husband before facing his son, "So, son, why so sudden? I thought you agreed with this engagement? You didn't refuse it when we talked with the Choi's"

Yixing watched the wall emotionless, he didn't respond at all. Not because he didn't want to. But, honestly, he didn't know why too.

"So?"

"I don't know. I just canceled it." He wanted to answer with better excuse, but, he just didn't know.

"What?" Mr. Zhang raised from his seat, and walked toward his son.

No one moved from their places, even Mark who liked to joke, usually. No one dared.

Mrs. Zhang looked at his husband whose face was red because of anger, she wanted to stop him, stopped being too harsh to their son. But, Mr. Zhang had rights to be angry. Zhang Yixing was doing something unforgivable.

"I don't know."

And he was slapped by his father.

He just kept quite, his jaw hardened, but he didn't fight. Because he truly didn't know.

So, there it is the first chapter guys. I don't know either I give too much hint about me or about Yixing and Sunmi's past, beside they have their past, or don't. Stop with my foolishness.

I just try to capture Yixing's real personality with my idea about him, so, sorry if it doesn't match with your tastes. But, give me chance, OKKKK?
