He doesn't tell Jessica - she would ask too many questions, and bother him to no end. He can't talk to Yoona - she's busy with Seunggi. Sooyoung's also busy, with Kyungho. Tiffany's juggling Nichkhun, and Taeyeon gets pissed off when he talks about issues not related to being a leader - she apparently has 'better things to do'. He's not that close to Sunny, or Yuri, and Seohyun's busy with university.
That leaves Hyoyeon.
