Baekhyun POV

I'm sorry Ji eun...Well I guess we have to go back to planning her suprise party.

"Chanyeol, tommorow we can start setting up and after tommorow the party is ready I guess." I told him

"Thanks and sorry for making you close the cafe for this event." He apologised

"It's fine, besides it's for Ji eun." I smiled

It was getting late so everyone went back home. today is the 3rd day of spring break...four more days and school starts again...But now that I think about it, I haven't gotten her a gift yet. Maybe I can trick her into telling me what she wants, but maybe something pure wil suit her. I'll just but her something tommorow.

IU POV

I can't believe I ran off like that...*sigh* but Baekhyun, why'd he have to mention that. But I guess i should buy something for Baekhyun as a congradulation gift for getting into the university he wants. I'll get it tommorow, and then give it to him the day after that.

"Ji eun!" I heard my mom shout

"What?" I asked

"What do you want to do for your Birthday?" She asked

"Nothing..." I told her

"Come one, you should be a little greedy this year. After all this is your last year of highschool." My dad said

"It's fine, I just want to be with everyone." I told them

"I'm sure your friends have something planned for you." My parents told me

"Haha, I doubt they remember. But it's fine." I said as I went back to my room

[Next day] Baekhyun POV

I was at the mall and was looking for a gift for Ji eun. I was walking past stores until somthing caught my eye. It was a white dress. it was a wavy on the bottom but tight on the top. It was simple but simple suited her...Not in a bad way, but it suited her. I bought the dress and bought a necklacce to go with it. While I was walking I ran into someone.

"Um, sorry are you ok?" I asked and looked at the gir that was looking down

"Yeah, sorry, are you ok?" She asked back looking up

"J-Jieun?!" I said suprised

"B-Baekhyun?!" She said looking suprised as well.

"What are you doing here?" She asked

"Buying a gift, what about you?" I asked hiding the bag behind my back

"S-same..." She said putting the bag behind her back as well.

"Who is it for?" She asked

"Uh...A friend, what about you? Is it for a guy?" I asked

"Yeah, it is...Is your's for a girl?" She asked

"Y-yeah, she's really important to me even though I met her not to long ago..." I told her

"O-oh...She must be lucky then, I'm buying my gift for a guy I met not too long ago too..." She said

"Well, I got to go so cya later I guess..." I said and left

Whew...That was a close one....She should know that, that girl I was tallking about was you Ji eun...There's no other girl I would want to see besides you...

IU POV

So...He got a gift for a girl...Not like I should care anyways...Good thing he didn't see my gift I got for him. Ugghhh, it's really bugging me now, who did he get the gift for! Mabe I'll just ask Suzy if she wants to go to the movies on my birthday, but then again she'll end up bringing Chanyeol and I'll just be a third-wheel...I guess this year for my birthday I'll have to spend it with just my parents. How could Chanyeol forget though! I'm his bestfriend, he should at least remember my birthday! I think I'm gonna go to his house. When I got there his parents said he wasn't home, I asked them where he was and they said they didn't know...Hmmmmm there's something fishy going on here...

I went to the cafe but it was closed so I just started walking toward the park...On the way I bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry, are you ok?" I bowed

"Haha, don't worry. I should be the one apologising, are you ok?" He asked

I looked up to see a handsome guy, around my age...I unconsiously stared at him

"Are you ok?" He repeated

"Uh, I'm sorry...I'm ok." I told him and left

"Wait." He said grabbing my arm

"oh, yes?" I smiled at him

"Can I get your name?" He asked

"Lee Ji eun, you can call me IU, what's your name?" I asked

"Kim Jongin, or you can call me Kai." He said

"Nice to meet you, well I got to go so cya sometimes maybe." I said and left

"Lee Ji eun huh? I'll keep an eye out for you..." [Kai]

Baekhyun POV

Well, we're done setting everything up so, now we just have to wait until tommorow...I got text from Chanyeol,

[Did you get anything for Ji eun?]

     -Chanyeol

[Yeah, what'd you get her?]

    -Baekhyun

[A necklace with a yellow rose, because yellow rose is a symbol for friendship.]

    -Chanyeol

[Yellow...what if she didn't want that color?]

    -Baekhyn

[What do you mean?]

     -Chanyeol

[Nothing, see you tommorow.]

   -Baekhyun

Chanyeol...Instead of a yellow rose...Ji eun would favor getting a red one from you...
