Foreword
"I hate the rain. It reminds me of horrid things. And it gets really cold when it rains, my laundry won't dry, the air smells weird, I have to wear a hideous raincoat....I really hate the rain."
"Love is keeping a promise. And I promise,you'll never hate the rain ever again. Or at least, hate it less."
A/N: I reached out my hand from the window during a storm and this zoomed across my mind. Kaisoo...I don't know. I just hope I do this well /shrugs. Everything just popped out of the blue so that's why it's pretty simple in terms of description and foreword. It's better to let you guys have the main course but really I'm just too lazy to serve lengthy appetisers. Maybe angsty...fluffy. Let's just see how it goes~
