Today's the day! It's actually my birthday and luckily, it was scheduled on my rest day.

I woke up happily knowing that I will live another year of my life full of adventures. I went straight to the bathroom and cleaned my face, hair, and everything. I changed my pajamas and loose clothes with a simple t-shirt and shorts just above my knee. I bunned my brown hair, I wore my slippers and happily went out of my room.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY AERRI!"

My eyes widened when I saw them holding a cake, and there was a banner saying 'Happy Birthday, Aerri!'

I saw Mom, Gayun, Suho, Kai, some officemates, and Lulu.

I covered my mouth to hide my wide smile.

"Come here, Aerri!" Mom said.

I went towards them. "Thank you, guys! Really, I didn't expect this. You didn't have to do this." I grew shy because they remembered my day.

"Oops, it's not our fault!" Mom said.

"What are you talking about, mom?"

"It's all Luhan's plan." Suho continued.

My eyes shifted to Luhan who was smiling wider than me. I walked towards him.

"Thank you, Luhan." I smiled at him.

"Yeah, no problem.... so, let's start the party?" I chuckled at his silliness.

We did what people usually do at parties, and guess what, mom also joins with the games and everything. She's really like a teenager. That's what I love about her, she's not kill-joy.

They prepared so many foods. Spaghetti, salad, another salad, chicken, some of my favorite foods are here too. I thought my birthday this year would be a bit sad, because Sese is not here to celebrate it with me, but because of them, they made it a very special day, especially Lulu.

"Time to open the gifts!" Suho said.

We sat at the sofa and they encircled me. I was the center of (distraction) attraction.

"I'll start!.... I hope you like it, Aerri." Gayun said happily. 

I opened the gift and was astonished when I saw a dress. (THIS)

"Gayun, this is so cute! Thank you!" I stood up and hugged her.

"No problem, Aerri." She smiled at me and I went back to my seat.

"Alright, I'm next!" Suho said as he handed me his gift.

I opened the gift and it was surely a cute gift. A shoes. (THIS)

"Suho, thank you! These shoes are totally perfect for Gayun's gift..... wait, I smell something fishy."
