She saw the events, from beginning to end.

She saw him confess to her, his one "true love". She saw it all in pain a year ago as she cried with "tears of joy" for her childhood friend. Yet after the whole picnic set up she had forced herself to help him establish it in the beginning in hopes of not showing her true feelings for him, she had locked herself up in her apartment with tears invading her eyes and wooden floor, waiting to cry herself to sleep like most dramatic crying girls would. However, sleep never came and all she went through was a painful all-nighter of crying and a morning full of black eyebags, blood-shot eyes, and a whole ton of concealer.

She saw when they celebrated their six month anniversary as well when they posted videos of each other in the playground Minho and her would play around in when they were merely five. In that playground, they would write their names in a heart form on the sandbox and one day, Minho had promised to marry her once they hit the age of 18 and they were adults. Sulli was 24 now and Minho 25, and they were everywhere but getting married now and Sulli just released a few tears of pain seeing him show his "true love" their special place and make memories with her in said place that he will cherish even more than the ones they have had their together.

Yet when she decided it was time to move, and had setted up herself in a blind date with an adorable yet hot Kim Jongin, her short love-story with the said man was cut short when she saw Minho's tear-streaked face crash into her apartment with his arms crushing her body into a very tight embrace. She saw his pain and world crash down when his "true love" broke up with him for someone "better and more understanding". Someone that wasn't as cold as Minho and someone as serious as him, the best traits about Minho to Sulli personally. He was her darkness to her brightness, she needed the darkness at times. Minho wasn't depressingly dark, he was just serious and conservative yet he had his small bright and soft spots to him that could have a girl swinging in cloud nine with those beautiful smiles and loud high-pitched annoying laughs he secretly owned yet Sulli enjoyed to hear.

Months have passed since then, and Sulli was found dealing with the boy. She was never the one to abandon him as much as people told her to move on and leave him to rot just like he left her to rot. He never let her to rot...how? When he never knew her feelings for him, they were always just best friends. 

So as of now, she was determined to bring back the old Minho. Minho had changed, his optimism and confidence was gone. It was as if his mind kept replaying all the comparisons his once, true love and partner of life, had told him in their breakup. He was cold, closed-off, and even more reserved to the world. Which she could understand... He was once passionate he had found his soulmate, the person he could forever trust on and share his thoughts and feelings for. But now was completed betrayed for and abandoned for someone else.

Maybe now that is why he is always with her, never smiling or talking much but with her. Maybe she is his reliance now, the only one next to him since most of his friends didn't do much rather than give him a hug of pity and simply walk away after seeing he wasn't getting any better, many just never contacting him again after the four months that have passed. And that wasn't helping other than giving the said man more gloom and dissapointment towards his life.

Sulli noticed everything, she saw him from the start with his bright colored green or red polos with khaki pants to now his all-dark attires that consisted of gym pants and a hoodie with a cap every once in a while. He still kept his appearance fresh and good-looking, but the rest... Minho was just complete night now. 

One night in the location of his apartment that surprisingly was still well-kept and clean, maybe something he would do to keep his mind off of things, he looked up from eating the simple spaghetti dish she whipped up after coming to realize he hadn't eaten anything since the day before and told her. 

"You will always be special to me, Sulli-ah"

That made her have another night of no sleep, but without the tears.
